Join me for an upper body focused walking workout to burn calories, help you reach your daily step count goal and strengthen your arms. In this walking workout I've opted to use 1kg dumbbells but a pair of water bottles will work just as well.

Recently started your workouts. Its super effective and sweating alot after each workout. As a mom of 9 months old, I feel these are the good start after postpartum. Thanks much for posting new videos with lot of varieties.

I saved this for an upper body day. Great way to get steps in and also work the upper body. I don't have 2 pound weights so I use water bottles. Those ones over the head are always challenging even with the smaller weight. Thanks Olivia!

My first time doing a workout with you that involved any sorts of weights. I took six bags out of my ankle weights, so started with 3.6 pounds, ended with 2.4 per hand. I burned 311 active calories with an average heart rate of 118bpm and a max of 126bpm. It was an interesting workout, so thank you very much.

Standing cardio and abs! 🙌🏿 🥳 I have wonky traps and rear delts from a car accident so floor abs (floor anything, basically!) are usually not an option for me.
