Challenge your yoga practice by incorporating weights. Build strength in the upper body as you move through low lunge with bicep curls, pyramid with triceps kickbacks, push-ups, and more. While moving through this practice, honor your body and be mindful of what the body needs. Remember to listen to your body and modify as needed.
Level: Intermediate to Advanced

I just loved it. Disclaimer: Do not to this workout with 5 kg weights haha I'm sweating like a would be in a really heavy hypertrophy workout.. my upper body is burning so badly.. I loved it❤ give us more, lady, please.
