10 years ago went down from 90 kilos to 72 kilos, with mediterranean diet (without starving) working out 2 hours per day, 5 days per week during 2 years in a row. Having a big reason and taking small but consistent actions, are my advices to achieve any goal in life.

You are an inspiration. When you did your first video on weight loss I was weighing 85 which was my first time weighing that much but i had just had my 4th child so I guess you can relate. I haven't reached my target but Currently I'm 75kg by eating as healthy as possible and exercising (running) regularly and I feel so good in my body. I have learnt that whatever you set your heart and eyes to do with the help of God it is possible. And accept that failure and discouragement is part of the process. This is the best way for me to loose weight also. Many of these diets are not sustainable long-term for me. I eat once a day , whatever my heart desires, then I exercise. This simple method is working for me and I am better able to stick to this type of regiment. Yes the weight does not fall off as fast as some of the diets can but slow but sure is doable for me. I did not gain the weight overnight so I don't plan on loosing it in lightening speed either. I will go with the slow but sure route.

I did exercise and do portion control, intermittent fasting , i started in my early 20s and it works perfectly , i am in my early 50s nothing works any more. I decided to exercise for 2 to 3 hours 6 days a week and i hard serious muscle tear 8 months ago, i have not recovered yet, i have gained 10pounds doing only intermittent fasting and portion control, i don't know what to do anymore.

Your body is at the plateau zone. Shake it up by doing what you don't normally do. Also as we age, our metabolism slows down. Biology comes in eg menopause. You don't need lengthy hours of exercise. Check out your calorie intake. That's the most important. Cut some stiffs you eat and find a healthier replacement. Seems like it's an obsession(keeping fit) Can you let that off your system and enjoy life without so much restrictions placed on you.That alone will get you depressed.

​@@exciting2355Just try and take 45min/ 1hr walk 3/4 times a week and do intermittent fasting with it ,then you will see the weight dissappear gradually. Exercise should be done every other day not everyday in other to allow the body rest
