Great review! This is one of my all time favorite albums from the 90's... it's great to see it reissued. Now they need to get the first Peace Orchestra album reissued as well!

Shocked to see you already had this. Dopest record of the nineties aka the spliff sessions. Nothing in that decade touches this, not even entroducing. You forgot to mention dub, this is dubbed out blunted beats.

Thanks Armien for showing this. I have had this guy on preorder since they announced the repressing. I'll have to wait until next month for my copy to arrive but it was cool to see what will be coming. Also, it was cool to see another K&D fan out there. It would be nice if they would repress G-Stoned. I have run across a couple of copies of it but both were beat to hell. I like the intro by the way.
Oh yes! It would be nice if they would reissue G-Stoned as well. Maybe they will do at some point. I was surprised that I got my copy so early. As far as I heard from a german vinyl facebook group the seller made a mistake and send it out too early. The reissue is some high quality stuff. I am sure you will enjoy it. This pressing is perfect in every way, Bernie Grundman 5LP mastering really improves on the original 4LP cut, this is a classic album sounding better than ever before, not to be missed :)
The name Kruder & Dorfmeister did not immediately ring a bell. But after listening to some tracks on youtube I can definately say I have heard these guys before. I especially like Heroes because of it's Bossa Nova influences, but you probably already expected that knowing my like for Brazilian music I guess.

I had a download of this back in 99 and we played it to death at after parties it is an unreal collection. I came across this Grundman copy on Friday night and bought it, party time again lol. If your still online I wonder if you would be kind enough to tell me what breed your turntable is please. Cheers have a good one.
Great to see some downtempo legends here. In VC videos downtempo and nu jazz are not very often mentioned. But these guys kinda saved the vinyl in 1993/1994 from complete extinction.
I live in the US, and with shipping from the !K7 store it's $77. But looking at your shipping box, I checked out JPC, and the cost with shipping is only $60. Much better! Sweet Jesus though, that turntable of yours. What kind is it?!?!

I remember I read the review of this album in a Belgian clubbing magazin back in the 90's. Never got the chance to listen to the album. Is that a voucher for a 24bit download?
