Just discovered you guys and I actually finished the whole work out. I love how motivational you guys are! In between reps I cried because this is just an emotional feeling. I just had a baby a year ago and this is the heaviest I've ever been. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety and you guys made me feel good. I cried good tears. You guys make me feel like I can do this. I can't wait to do more. Thankyou guys for making me feel like there's hope for me! 💙

This is my favourite workout for starting the day. It's easy enough so I don't start looking for excuses to skip it and go straight to breakfast and leaves me with enough energy to do a different workout at the end of the day. I'm finding that two easy workouts gets more results than one hard one every 3 days! Thanks HasFit.

I started with a warm-up from your other videos for seniors and beginners. Same exact workout exercises. Today I accomplished this workout with a chair and feeling superbly marvelous. I followed along with your program while listening to my music to keep up with the routines

This is my favorite so far! it's the first "beginner" workout that I've actually been able to do completely as a beginner. They're very encouraging and that's nice too!

This was so good! I'm only 30 but have quite severe joint issues, and this was perfect for me to get the heart rate up without compromising the joints. Loved it! Thank you!

I just discovered you two in the last few months and it's been great. Your workouts have been a major catalyst in starting to see and feel changes. This particular workout is challenging no matter how many times I do it. I was someone who always felt guilty losing time to drive to gym, workout and them drive back home. this workout routine allows me to stay home and workout for 30 minutes and gain some time back from the drive back and forth. I started a gluten free dairy free diet. No sugar no coffee. My breakfasts consist of eggs peppers spinach or mulitgrain Cheerios with almond milk. Lunch and dinners I do a lot of chicken veggies and potatoes or other foods that come from the ground. I also eat red meats as well. No pork for me. I just shop the meat section and the produce section and almond milk. For snacks I do nuts and fruit. It was really difficult in the beginning but I kept telling myself it will be worth it in the end. I'm not doing this for anyone, only for me. Hope this helps. 😊

This is my 3rd HIIT workout ever! Love how arms are incorporated...I used 5 lb weights. Rotating focus on legs or arms every other HIIT workout will benefit maximum muscle building. A 10 min light cardio exercise afterwards reduces leg muscle soreness (DOMS) for me. Exercise is psychological not only physical. Thank you for motivation with your workouts!

I stumbled upon this workout by first finding your 45 minute workout. I love how you directed newbies here and I especially loved how positive and encouraging you made the videos. I have done a ton of workout dvds and videos and this is the first that makes me want to work out and get healthy.

Been out of the game as far as running is concerned due to a torn meniscus. Still giving me trouble but your workout didn't hurt my knee at all and got a sweat rolling! Got to stay in a decent amount of shape until surgery to help with my mental health.

Great work out, very good for some like me that has a lot hip and knee problems. I would suggest having a cool down at the end there is people out there who might not think of stretching afterwards, other than that great videos and work outs 😁.

This is a great workout, very thorough and you will get out of it whatever you put into it. I just wish there was a cool down included! But that won't keep me from coming back to this again and again.

Thanks you guys! I sometimes struggle with just putting my shoes on, I'm active with my kids, but always played sports to workout, so now that I don't have a lot of time for that, and have to really workout, it can be a struggle bc I want it to be enjoyable. I really enjoy your simple workouts, and encouraging coaching that's not "over the top" cheesy or puffed up. I've been watching you guys for a few yrs now, and tried others, but keep coming back. You really rock! Thanks for keeping it real and having workouts for ALL levels & abilities, you really make me feel like I can do it no matter where I'm at. Thanks for working out with us Tasha! As far as tips, more vegetables, lean proteins, fruits, healthy fats such as avocado & olive oils in moderation. A treat or two for sanity. No need to deprive yourself and just focus on trying your best to balance your plate as much as possible and focusing on nutrient dense foods. :)

Are you sure it's low impact and are you sure it's only so many calories burnt?? It took me 8 attempts to complete this workout. Day 1 I could only inch towards 11 minutes and I decided to increase 2 minutes every time I did this and it took me 8 attempts but I'm so proud I did it. It didn't get easier but I got stronger 🙅😄 and I decided to write this the day I conquer it.

I've been doing this workout almost every day since the lock down in March. Best one I've come across and it's done wonders for me both physically and mentally. I'm someone who doesn't have time for a gym and has previous lower back issues. This is a great workout that I have time for and will continue to have time for.

Don't forget hone in on your nutrition too for best results! More protein, more vegetables/fruit, more water, and more movement. :)

Great workout, low impact options were great for me, I have some joints injuries, so it fits great, I sweat a lot and at the end I feel really good and not too tired, thanks for sharing.

Hi luv the HITT wo. A suggestion...a lot of ppl are out of shape or have a an issue with knees or shoulders. or simply they cannot go on quickly go on the ground to do an exercise. IS it possible to do a 25 min wo in vertical position lol and not on the floor. TIA

Thank you thank you thank you 💝💝💝💝.. i was going to give up halfway through but continued till the end without weights though.. 44 years and 94kgs and haven't done any regular exercise since 2014 .. starting now and here was my start 🌼
