JT is like a cross between Paul George and KD in regards to demeanor. He doesn’t have a big personality, he just shows up and plays. He showed a little bit of dawg in this series and played well. I think we’re at the point with Tatum and the Celtics where no matter how well he plays it’s about winning a title. I like Luka but all time? Let’s give it time to marinate. Let’s say he doesn’t win another ring are we still talking about him as an all time great? A few years ago we said Giannis was on the same trajectory but now we’re questioning if he’s even gonna win another title but I agree he’s a generational player and this should’ve been his mvp season. I think there was on overcorrection because joker didn’t win it last year so they gave it to him this year. The media does this all the time. They crown an athlete then turn on them when they don’t meet the expectations others set. I wouldn’t call the pacers run a fluke but it was a tons of luck. You can only play who’s in front of you, same with the Celtics.

Assuming DAL close it out, Bos vs Dal for me feels a little similar to 2015 final CLE vs GSW. Great dominant team in the regular season but surrounded with many doubts, verses a mid-season surge team that with a top-tier superstar. So, is that mean Bos in 6 and Tatum will not get the FMVP? Idk, I like Tatum, I think his playing style(playing more like a connector sometimes than a scorer, not very often as a No.1) cause many unnecessary doubts for him, hope he can do well and win the FMVP

Tim Duncan CLEARSSSS luka, even if luka wins this chip. Tim Duncan’s first 6 years : 2x mvp, 2x champ, 2x fmvp, 6x all nba first team, 5x all defensive first team, 1x all defensive second team, other 4 years finished 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 5th in mvp voting, and finished top 5 in DPOY voting 3 times. You can say his first 6 were better fine but let’s not pretend it’s the same degree of difficulty. If Luka got to play the Heat like Jokic did last year he easily wins it this year. I get the injuries for other teams but if the Pacers were as bad as folks think they are then the Bucks with 2 All Stars & an amazing defending in Brooklyn Lopez should be able to beat them. That whole Luka has more games at 35% than at 50% thing is misleading. All but one or two of those games Luka had a triple double or a AST off a triple double. Not to mention he’s playing the 1st and 4th rank defenses in the league and is about to play another top tier one in the Celtics.

The Pacers lost Mathurin for the season in March so let's not act like they were fully healthy either. He's gonna be the catalyst for how good the Pacers can really be. He was averaging 14.5ppg before he got hurt, but he's a guy that can easily go for 20+ on a given night and just needs more time to develop like a lot of these young guys
