Our lower body is like a swiss army knife: we can jump, run, kick, absorb, twist, bend, extend, paddle, climb, stand, sit, slide and much more!
So how to best train our legs? I propose with an exercise that truly challenges the adaptability of our lower body in a variety of situations, angles and depths.
So here I present a simple framework to do exactly that!
A couple of sets with 60-120 sec on the timer, nonstop moving, testing angles and depths.
Enjoy (the burn...)!
