Mines did multiple times but backed away when I got close to her… I was secure but she made me anxious… it’s finally over between me and my avoidant ex

How can someone so awesome and that you love so much be so horrible for you mentally and emotionally? I've never been like this, I am not me anymore. I want out and I have told him I want to end the relationship. I got boxes yesterday and I've packed some things. I just want it to be me and my daughter. No one is worth this. I have made peace with the fact I was naive and wrong about this.

Im going through my third breakup with him. he is deactivating its been more than a week he hasn't bothered to reach out and neither i have. Is it time to move on ?

Depends which type of a avoidant, but generally it can take between 4 - 6 weeks for them to reactivate. That's not to say they will come back after thus point but that's generally how long on average it takes.

Yeah...1. she wanted to leave me 2 times, she thought I would leave, threatend to kill herself...one day, we were soo happy, one day after that she ghosted, ignored me because I had standard end healthy expectations, so left me for her Independence or freedom, so strange. 2. But she wanted and loved me since beginning bcs no one ever was so good to her. 3. She was once verbal abusive and couple of times physically, I almost turned into that worst version of myself too, never had that. 4. Yeah, now, mentally two weeks after she left me so disrespectful and unexpected, Im ok.... Just dont know if I should give her stuff back and my birthday present, she didnt take everything when she left ... A week before that she even met my family, especially my sister, they became like sisters.... I feel so ashamed and disgusting... so disrespectful how she blocked and undblocked me then on her old provocative Instagram... lied to me ..What should I do to cut this, Coach?

Get ANY associated reminder of her and put it in a box, hide that box somewhere you won't trip over it. Literally "out of sight, out of mind". There may be a chance of her using her belongings as a backup plan to get back in touch with you, but do not count on it. Backup all photos, messages, phone number, email and anything else you have as a reminder on to a USB drive, and delete everything after you have backed it up, then put that drive in with the rest of their stuff. The next step is to focus on yourself and grow as a person to realize your own value is not dependant on how someone else feels about you
