Being a 3 digit weighing person is not tht easy, n now after lot of ups n down n hurdles I have made it into a double digit number. I'm happy tht I reduced 20 kgs n I'm proud of my process n still looking forward for more healthy wt loss n lifestyle.

I start my gratitude journal by 1st showing gratitude to you, Dr Pal for providing me and others with medical knowledge which nobody told us. My parents didnt tell me that i should not eat after sun set. The way we were brought up, we ate anything we could buy from the supermarket, not knowing the risk of high sugar. Thank you dr.pal for your suggestions. I lost 10kgs of weight in 5months, only with TRF method . I am still over weight, but my mental health issues make me crave for food, so it's getting very difficult to follow TRF, as food has become a stress relief measure. Please give us some suggestions/video on how to stick the diet even with struggling mental health issues... Thank you

I am grateful for moonlight which played major roles in balancing my harmones so ladies if you are facing disturbance in your periods it is due to harmonal imbalance it can be cured by walking under moonlight at least for 5 min please do it ,it gives a miracle results within a month 🙂

Yoga/Mediation is a must for Anxiety. I do it and my anxiety is well under control. Lot of physical work reduces depression. Also avoid too much spicey foods. inhale slowly and exhale slowly.......

I have been having eyebulging 😢for the past six months and had been to various eye hospitals and doctors for this problem. But unfortunately none could diagnose the reason. I was having panic attacks due to withdrawal of livosulpride medicines. Now from your lecture I have understood that due to rise in cortisol level pupils bulge and I cannot withstand strong light which was again wrongly diagnosed as migraine . I thought I'm unlucky. Though I have many things to be happy about. I am always sad for a few things and circulate the same reason around my head and be in a depressed state. Dear Dr, after listening this I am soo concerned about the school children, especially in gr10& 12. I think 90% of the students cortisone level is very high now. Most of the children are becoming fat. (But they are not actually getting enough time to eat proper ly)No proper breakfast, lunch time only 20 minutes. No exercises. because PTperiod is also cancelled as they are going to do Board exam.After school, evening classes and also going to start night classes after September. I have been teaching for the past 32 yrs.). From this session only I came to know about all these things, the changes happening to our body during situations. No biology teachers and no "doctor parents" Pointed out those things to any school management or to the concerned government officials. *I really appreciate u Dr for this wonderful session* And I am going to share this video to my colleagues and students.Thank u very much
