Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

It took me 60mins to finish this workout. Title is deceptive, it should have been breathless cardio, strength killer. I am so proud I finished it. Thanks a lot ❤

I alternated between 3 lb / 10 lb sets and this was a sweaty (extremely sweaty) cardio workout. I love the incorporation of weights!! Active cal 350.

Holla die Waldfee, liebe Kathrin, das war ein Hammertraining😍😅🥳💪🏻. Das wäre schon ohne Gewichte sehr effektiv gewesen, aber mit 2 Kilo Hanteln ging es, zumindest für mich, ganz schön ans Eingemachte😂. Danach hab ich mir noch eine extra Einheit Stretching gegönnt😀😍😀. Lieben Dank, und viel Spass in Dubai😘.

Ich kann gar nicht sagen, welches Workout mein liebstes ist. Irgendwie einfach alle. Jedes Mal wenn ich denke, mehr geht eigentlich nicht, haust du noch ein geileres Workout raus. After putting my fat loss journey out of whack in the past few weeks, I've been doing your light weights cardio again to get disciplined and remember how enjoyable exercising is! I did this training, it is a great challenge, I recommend it, as I did not have light dumbbells, with 1kg gaiters and some exercises with 20 lb dumbbells.

I recently found your workouts and am 3 weeks post-laproscopic surgery so I am loving this combination of cardio with light weights. It gets my heart rate up while building strength/toning in my arms and legs. Your all standing one was really awesome for me since I'm not supposed to do things with planks yet like mountain climbers or burpees. Thanks for these workouts!

One of my favorite workouts. Great music. Good job on the countdown sound to inform when a segment is about to start and finish. This workout had a variety of workouts that kept me having fun while sweating and feeling the burn without getting bored. Create more like this workout please.

Wooooow war das ein brillantes Workout 🤩🤩🥳🥳 es hat sooo Spaß gemacht und ich bin so nass geschwitzt gewesen…nächstes mal brauche ich ne Taucherbrille dass mir der Schweiß nicht in die Augen rennt 😂😂 Heute hatte ich dazu einer Ausdauer und Kraft, ich habe alles ohne auszusetzen durch geschafft 💪🏻 Wirklich genial Katrin, ich liebe deine Workouts! 🥰

Wow wow wow!! Das war viel zu krass. Bei 37% wollte ich aufgeben, bei 50% hab ich dich gehasst 😂 bei 80% war ich so erleichtert und als es plötzlich vorbei war, war ich traurig 🙈😂 das war das krasseste workout ever . Das toppt das military Hiit und das all Standing Hiit nochmal (und Ich dachte das geht nicht). Ein paar mal musste ich meine 2x2 kg Hanteln weglassen oder habe nur eine genommen. Es war hardcore aber super geil. Danke danke danke 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

I'm in love with this workout!❤✅So tough and fun!🔥I was using 2×2,5 kg dumbbells and for me they were so heavy.Those dumbbells are the lightest dumbbells I have and I use them when I work my upper body,too😳😩😩❤(for bicep curl,skull crusher,lateral raise,frontal raise)because my arms are very weak and I can't lift too much😅😅 Thank you a lot for your wonderful workouts!❤💕They help me a lot in my journey
