This was perfect. My husband lives and works in another city and I am visiting him this week. He keeps kettlebells for me to use when I visit. I loved that didn't have to worry about disturbing the neighbors below.
What an absolute ripper of a session! Loved the variation and no repeats. Don't have a 16kg kb so used 24 kg as much as possible - nearly died 😅 And yet, I feel SO alive! Thanks D!!
OMG!! That was one hell of a workout. That kicked my @$$. I like working with weights because you can control the amount of weight/resistance. With bodyweight exercises, the heavier you weigh, the harder the exercise. The hardest part was mastering some of the exercises because they are advanced. The pushups were hard for me to do. I really enjoyed working with kettlebells.

I have started following you almost 3 years ago. This workout has been one of the most challenging so far imo. Thanks for always pushing us to our limits, both physically and mentally!!! Oh man, what a blast!!! 🤸
What a great workout!! I always look forward to my workouts!! I didn't really when I used to go to the gym. Traffic, waiting for machines, annoying people!!. Now it's just us and you and the results are awesome 😁 thank you for giving us new workouts. 👍
It would be helpful if you listed the exercises in the description. Sometimes it's not practicable to workout using a follow along. BTW, it was a great workout. Thanks!
Great workout! The side plank lifts towards the end were the icing on the cake 😂 One question - I noticed that you generally don’t use snatch movement in your workouts. Is there a reason for this ?
You are right! Based on the form and implantation of some people that are doing the workout I Try to avoid some of the complex movements like the snatch. but I will keep it in mind for sure ...thank you!!!!
