Oh my. I have been doing these workouts with you two for over a year and a half. I usually do the intermediate. I am 73 and can do them all although maybe not as quickly. But you forgot to mention, if you stop, you will regret it and the body will do a reverse and then it's start all over again but maybe from a little higher rung on the ladder as Coach says. Thank you for having all these to access!!!

So glad I found you! I’m 62 and have managed fibromyalgia for 30 years with diet exercise and rest. Last year my flares became unbearable and I had to completely reconfigure my exercise routine. Really a great workout. I'm 62 yrs old, but was able to do advanced workout for most of the exercises. Have been doing regularly for last week. Thanks to Cossack and Claudia. Important is encouraging commentary through out.
I love your training style. This workout was manageable for this young baby boomer. I look forward to looking through all your workouts. For years I did my own routine but found that I needed to mix up everything. You take out all the guess work out of working out. And, I trust your teaching and I just follow along. I no longer have to plan my every move. I work out for my brain. And a little weight loss and toning is the icing on the berries! Thank you.
Another great workout! Excellent routine: Targets balance, coordination, abs, and fitness. Love that it's standing and no need to move furniture. Would 'enjoy' extra minutes for cardio section. Maybe a 55-60 minute session. Thank you Claudia and Coach K.
We are travelling with our camper for a few weeks. These workouts are perfect for travellers on the road! I love them. It substitutes the gym I visit regularly at home. The instructions and cues you guys are giving are really, really good.

I stumbled upon your videos as I was looking for low impact workouts due to an unstable knee that swells whenever I use it to much...plus lower back pain. I have now worked out to your videos 6 times in 8 days. I already feel stronger and less pain. I'm so excited about this, and so happy to have found you on youtube. I love how you make every workout different. I get bored easily. Even the beginner workouts can be challenging so it is good sometimes to go back and do them also. I will put a post on my FB company page so my friends can also follow you.

I enjoyed this workout, and appreciate the varying levels of modifications offered. My thing is that I have scoliosis, so a few of the moves cause uncomfortability and/or rubbing/friction on my vertebrae. For those movements (e.g., reaching up with one arm and lifting opposite knee), would you just recommend doing what is comfortable (range, intensity), even if I am not getting much range (haha). Thanks for providing all this content, and I really appreciate the scientific approach to working out right!

Just found out about this channel. I have been eating healthier and trying to lose weight and I found these videos out of some kind of miracle. These are the best workout videos on RU-vid and I feel so accomplished and motivated after working out with you guys. I love that there is the easy/hard mode between you two, and that you guys tell us to breathe and reflect and keep going. It's a great dynamic and I love this standing up exercises (I don't have a good back really, so the standing up ones are the best to do). I am so glad I found your channel, I always struggle with consistency but you guys are so motivating and I'm so happy I finally found routines that are accessible for my fitness level. They provide the perfect amount of challenge for me, they're hard but not so hard to the point where I can't finish them (especially since I can do the modified movements if it gets too much). I never thought one day I'd look forward to working out (even sometimes crave it) !

this looks amazing. after i have been doing your other standing abs workout for 8 weeks (once a week along with other workouts) now, it's time to switch things up. i will try this tonight but it already looks great. easy to follow, exercises that are different and not boring and of course your positive attitude. love it. proud member of the hasfit tribe.
