I am a 72-year-old woman who has been doing your HASfit workouts daily during the pandemic. I looked at numerous videos on RU-vid, but found yours to be the most professional and motivating. I especially appreciate knowing which parts of the body each exercise targets. Thank you for allowing us to stay healthy and fit in the safety of our homes without going to the gym!

Great workout for active senior like me. It’s not as easy to follow as your videos for Senior, but after a couple of sessions, Im able to catchup and really loving it. I feel I’m stronger in my muscles and joints, and overall body strength. Thank you both very much. Btw, I’m 71 and have followed your exercises for quite a while. You two are great!

Coming out of a back injury I felt low as I’m used to high intensity super hard workouts but you channel has made me realize that my come back is greater then my set back. Your workout are challenging enough to take me to a different mindset about how to handle recovery and still feel good about myself

Thank you for the motivation when I felt like stopping. And thank you for the modifications and letting me know that it's okay to put the weights down if I have to; I'm not in perfect shape nor do I have great flexibility. I also love working out with instructors, like you, who are regular people like me :)

Appreciate your attention to functionality, fitness levels, challenge, and fun! Modification is important to me because of a knee tear; have been doing fitness at home for 40 years. PS- I am able to do most of the hardest moves- sweet!!

Coach Kozak and Claudia this was an awesome workout this morning. I love it. I was looking for a workout that I wouldn't be jumping up and down and on the floor, then back up again, then back down on the floor. I had vertigo and I'm shy away from bouncing back and forth. But today I worked all body parts and when I couldn't keep up I slowed down a little or worked out with Claudia. Thanks again.
