45 Minute TRX Total Body Workout | Strength + Cardio | Challenging + Advanced Suspension Training

This challenging workout hits it all - upper body, lower body, and core. Do a 5 minute dynamic warm-up or low intensity cardio of your choice before beginning. You will need a TRX or some sort of suspension training strap to do this workout. Remember, your option is to always walk further away from the anchor point; that will decrease the angle and make it more attainable. Also, take FULL breaks during the Tabata cardio circuits as another option. We will strengthen and condition with tabata cardio circuits. This is challenging and advanced. Amazing workout. I stopped for 3 months doing exercises and now…I am back and motivated. The low impact helps to start the day in a gentle but energetic manner. You are amazing!❤

I've been doing TRX workouts for many (15+) years and this is up there with some of the best! This was pushing my aerobic and anaerobic thresholds big time and now (24 hours later) my muscles are pretty sore. You are one (VERY) fit and strong individual. I finally subscribed after doing Lari's workouts for over a year and a half. This workout has been my favorite and go to sometimes 4-5x a week for overall sense of accomplishment and full body effect. I am well into my 60s and still do aerobic sweaty sports - xc skating and races, mountain biking on mountains as well as alpine touring etc. basic mountain sports. I always feel overall fit to take on activities that frequently can end in overdoing and injuries. Thanks Lari!!!

It’s been (OMG) 8 months since I “hibernate (work from home) “ due to COVID-19 and I have been using this TRX routine to challenge myself physically and mentally. I had switched to TRX routines from other sources but found myself coming back to this one a lot. I love the challenge it provided. Thank you so much!

Found this when searching for a strength workout -- Larie you are my new FAVORITE RU-vidr! I consider myself advanced and am always looking for challenging workouts. This was sooo challenging I had to stop and rest at points. .. and no way I could hold the poses during the Tabata "rest"! I think I am going to be super sore tomorrow (in a good way!). I loved loved this format with the Tabata mixed in. Also, Larie you gave the perfect amount of instruction -- not too much and not too little. Keep it up! You are awesome!

Thanks for an excellent and challenging workout that is more truly "total body" than most. The one movement I missed was twisting, using the obliques. Add a high rotation or oblique crunch and it will be "total"! I'm not suggesting I needed anything more--I was wasted by this workout. Great job!

It's hard to find good TRX workouts, but i absolutely LOVE yours I would definitely consider this ADVANCED in difficulty because of the repetitions and holds, but the moves are BEGINNER enough that anyone can follow and modify as needed. Looking forward to seeing how much more I can keep up with you in the the upcoming months :) P.S. More TRX PLEASE!!!

This one is tough from the very first second! Kicked my booty! I’m a pretty seasoned exerciser and couldn’t keep up with the counts without keeping good form. Had to forfeit some of my 30 second breaks. I loved it though! Been following you for a while and didn’t see this TRX workout til today 🙌🏼

I would consider myself to be pretty fit but girl that hamstring and pull up set tried to take me out! This is my very first time using suspension bands and I will definitely be revisiting this workout. Hopefully you have more on your channel. Thanks for a good workout 😉!

this was an excellent workout. the sneaky one in here is the mountain climbers. I was like, hey, no big deal, the next 3 days my quads and hip flexors were telling me it was, in fact, a big deal. thanks.

Love the workout. I'd suggest going doing for increasing time instead of reps because it's hard to match your rep count so like 30 sec 40 secs and 50 secs or something like that for the strength moves
