“When in doubt, workout!” I LOVE THIS! There is so much research showing how moderate, regular exercise reduces depression and stress. It is more effective than medications in scientific studies! (I’m not knocking meds as they are definitely needed and useful for some individuals). I am super excited about the treadmill desk and ordering one today! Genius! Thank you. I really love the idea of having a treadmill desk. I have a desk which is automatic stand/sitting desk, however, adding a treadmill to it, while I'm programming or something like that would be most helpful for me to also get these 10k steps a day and start feeling more energetic! Thanks! Are there specific shoes that you wear when walking on your treadmill?

Dont u think this will cause renal stones .....less water at night , before sleep, will concentrate urate and oxalates in food? Just asking out of curiosity?

1. Drink at least 1L of water 2. Follow your circadian rhythm 3. 10-3-2-1 method 4. Get a standing desk/treadmill desk 5. Movement
