Equipment: Bodyweight (No Equipment)
Level: Beginners
(Follow Along Bodyweight Workout)
Workout Pattern: 30 secs of work , 10 secs of rest. Complete as many repetitions as possible within the given time frame before moving on to the next exercise. Once you complete all exercises, take a one-minute rest, then repeat for a total of 2-3 rounds.
Remember to take breaks as needed and listen to your body. If any of the exercises feel too challenging, feel free to modify or go at your own pace. And most importantly, have fun with it! HIIT workouts are all about pushing yourself, but also enjoying the journey.
