A small suggestion : Make the count down clock prominent. Aslike the previous videos and try for a closer shot. This seemed a bit farther. KUDOS TO YOU GUYS !!

While this exercise session is really good for your cardiovascular health, you're barely gonna burn 180 calories (that's 2 bananas). Still better than nothing, but if you're looking to burn off fat, you're better off doing long steady state cardio (walking, cycling or jogging).
