Thank you so much for doing all of these short ones! School is picking up again and it’s so nice to have variety. Before I just had to put 10 minute vids on double time, but then it was a lot more frantic and the breath couldn’t sync with the movements right, and it wasn’t as beneficial. I was starting to get to get an ocular migraine in my left eye due to tension in my shoulders and neck, after doing this twice it completely went away. Thank you!
Seventh day ✅ Can't believe it's been a week already. I've been doing this in the evening because of the time difference but still can feel the benefit they have on my body. I sleep more peacefully and wake up refreshed. Your voice is so calming it's like ASMR to me 😊 Thank you Sarah 🙏❤
I signed up for this challenge-- the thing is after a visit to my Doc - she said I have community acquired pneumonia; and that was the reason I feel so tired all the time but not coughing constantly. I am 58 years so I am back, since Monday, to Sick yoga poses and will continue with the Challenge once I am up and about and that is after my 7-day medication which started Jan. 8.🤞 Thanks so much Sarah Beth for everything!💗 Namaste

Day 7 is done! Very relaxing and it seems to really loosing me up. Yesterday I had a tension headache all day. This helped me with the residue day after headache neck pain. Thank you SBY!

I woke up with a wooden neck today, after overstraining it during a workout. Plus, breastfeeding two kids, neck is always a struggle. This really helped. t's so wonderful 😊how much of a difference subtle variations in pose make!
Thanks so much for this I have been experiencing tension in which deep painful shoulder back blade stress has been happening, in fact I had to change my pillow to a orthopidic to ease the pain helps a little. It is hard to find a comfortable bed pillow since I have a short neck hehe.😅
Thank you Sara Beth! I sure need these neck exercises. I'm sure we all do with looking down on our phones so much. I only seem to feel it on my left side though and we didn't switch sides on the hands going 45°behind, I'm curious why?
