I am a cancer survivor and we have family history in my mothers side..aside from that I remember before I got this disease I always eating processed foods..because i am in college that time I usually eat instant foods and easy to cook foods like tuyo,hotdog,maling,meat loaf,burger,instant noodles, can foods, soft drinks,tocino,longganisa. All of this I am regularly eating when I was in college..1 month before my graduation It was detected that I have nasopharyngeal carcinoma. My neck is swelling I thought it was just a simple "mumps" or "beke"..and I notice ang bilis lumaki ng beke or mumps...hindi pala sya beke or mumps...when the nurse told me I will survive if I will change my lifestyle and eating habit she told me to eat natural foods like fresh vegetables,fish,moderate of meat,and fruits(not too much like what that doctor tell in this video). I survive I was 26 that time and now I am 39..Most of all I survived because I ask God to extend my life to do my mission. I am a member of UNIFICATION CHURCH and still doing my mission until now. Just take care of ourselves and God will do the rest. Thank you.

Sa totoo lang nasa Japan po ako nakatira for over 18yrs na. Ang mga Japon known for having a longest life expectancy . Pero kumakain po sila ng rice 3 times a day or pasta, bread, sweets etc. Even yun mga 90 years old and above. Culture nila ang mag i ehersisyo araw araw. And balanced diet. I observed na ang lahat ng bagay o pagkain ay just in moderation lang talaga. We must : Live, Love, Laugh - the secrets to longest life.🙏🏻♥️

Too much of everything is bad. lahat naman tayo mamamatay according to the Bible, "'As it is appointed unto men once to die" So kung anu binigay ng Panginoon, pasalamatan, kainin, pero wag sobra sobra, at the Bible teaches us to do Fasting. Fasting is very helpful to clean our body. Basta wag lang kumain ng mga processed food, kainin lahat, kanin, ulam, prutas, gulay, basta sakto lang, then practice Fasting din. Lahat tayo mamamatay, God is the one who control our lives, ang sakit o anuman instrument lang yan para ma fullfill yung appointed time natin. Ang dapat pag handaan ang kaluluwa, kasi dalawa lang po ang lugar na pwede puntahan. Have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Doc, maraming salamat po! I'm so happy na you made this video. I have type 2 diabetes for many years now. I am able to control my blood sugars through a low carb diet. It has help me lots. Cancer or not, sugar is poison. Subukan hindi kumain ng sugar and konti lang starch ng isang buwan, kasabay ng walking, kung hindi gumanda ang pakiramdam mo. ❤

All in moderation. Fruits have amazing benefits esp the berries which are very low in sugar content and high in fiber. I think we should not generalized. We need some sort of carbs. have you tried eating salads everyday?? For active individuals especially those who work out a lot, we need some sort of starch like sweet potatoes, beets are starchy too but are considered superfoods. Sweet potatoes are very healthy foods. idk anymore. if i would take all the things that we cannot eat, what else is left? Potatoes are high in potassium just don't fry them and eat them in moderation. Frying is also carcinogenic even if you use olive oil.

UMIWAS sa (favorite food of cancer cells): 1. Sugar including honey, mascovado, sweeteners, glucose 2. Grains incl. bread, rootcrops and pasta noodles, starchy foods 3. Processed foods like hotdogs 4. Seed or Vegetable Oils like canola, sunflower 5. Fruits and fructose REPLACE with: 1. Salt 2. Almond or Coconut Flour 3. Red meat, chicken, vegetables, seafoods, 100 gms liver 4. Coconut oil, butter, lard 5. Non-starchy vegetables Avoid banana and mango - high in fructose. Too much medications bad for liver. Fatima Cailles,umpisahan mo lang pakunti konti yang sugar na tanggalin,like my sister nag umpisa sya nga 1 tsp,the next is 1/2 tsp the 1/4 tsp,ngayon talagang wala nang sugar ang coffee nya at no carbs,ngayon sabi nya na magaan na pakiramdam nya,de sya nagugutom at nawala ang pamamaga ng paa nya,karne lang at cucumber and veggies at isda ang kinakain nya,in 3 days na walang carbs talagang malaki ang pinagkaiba ng pakiramdam nya,

Yes I agree with your point of view, but she forgot to mention that eating any food - meat for that matter- with sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite ( salitre in Pilipino ) is carcinogenic; foods like bacon, hot dogs, corndog, ham , tocino, longganisa etc. and canned goods like spam, corn beef etc. It’s ok to eat once a month or once a week provided you eat vitamin C fruits and vegetables to neutralize the bad effect of sodium nitrate in the body . Did I hear her say beef fat is good for us too? That is “sebo”!

Nabasa ko mga comments nila Doc,hindi nila lubos naintindihan ang advocacy mo ,base lang kung ano agad ang narinig. Nung simula napanood ko video mo na tatlong taon d kumakain ng rice naintriga ako kaya pinanood ko halos lahat na mga video mo,and after few weeks niyaya ko partner itry namin ang lifestyle na. Kakaiba kasi sa lahat na napanood ko na nagpromote o nag aadvertize ng product o gamot para kumita. Sa inyo naturuan kami ng mga pagkain na nagdudulot ng danger at proven tlga dahil nang umiwas kami sa mga pagkain na nasabdanger list kusang nawawala mga iniindang sakit at higit sa lahat wala ng maintenance na gamot ang asawa ko at normal na ang blood sugar niya. Kaya lubos kaming nagpapasalamat sa advocacy nio doc Grace. D maiiwasan may mga tao magrereact agad na hindi muna magresearch,pero kung ganyan ang mindset nila,d nila maranasan ang natural healing sa katawan at laging nakarely sa mga synthetic drugs which is poison sa katawan in the long run. sobra nman lhat nlng hindi pwede...hindi na tayo tao nyan..dpat lng may limit lahat. how can you enjoy life without food...food is sometimes our stress reliever pag nakain mo ung fave mo..basta hinay hinay lng and wag masyado sa mga pork..more on fish and vege dpat and lots of water. sleep well stress free try to relax live a happy life always pray to God..kc yang stress isa yan sa nag ca cause ng mga sakit nadedevelop ang mga sakit dahil too much stress.

I am 5yrs survivor.. Sabi ng onco doctor ko, wala nmn bawal na food wag lang sobra at lagi.. Kc kung ibabawal lahat ano pang sustansyang makukuha.. Kaya nga life style e, observe at aware sa food intake.. Meron nga ako kilala, ganda ng life style at di nmn stress sa buhay pero tinamaan pa rin ng cancer. Meron nmn akong kilala na super stressed pero wala nmn cancer, maaring merong ibang sakit pero di cancer.. Pag inabuso sarili sa isang bagay, may consequence tlga..

Hard to resist the bread but whenever I am cravings of, I make baked my own bread made from coconut flour, coconut oil, 2g stevia, baking powder, Himalayan salt, C-Lium fiber, Chia seeds and xanthan gum.

Nakakaloka na sa katulad kong mahirap lang, walang choices na kainin kung ano lang ang kayang bilhin @ kung ano mayron kain na lang, kht masama pakiramdam na, mas masama naman kung hindi ka na kakain. I think when you eat these food everyday or all the time you will definitely get sick. But if it's once in a while or controled, it won't harm. As long as you have a balance diet everyday, with less cholesterol, carbo and sweets. Eat in moderation is also a key. There is a saying that everything that is too much is bad. I believe that, even in food. I had food anxiety when I got operated in my appendix and have gallstones. My weight dropped bec I didn't want to eat. I was afraid to take anything bec I researched on the food that I can't eat. I got afraid. Now I'm just mindful of what I eat. I eat more greens and drink 8 glasses of room temp water.

I mean it's not bad to restrict yourself with food, it's helping the body yes, but being so strict may lead to fear-based living with food, and will cause not only stress but always trauma around food! Cancer is actually a metabolic disease, it's soooo easy to fight it, especially when you know what starves it but it will still boil to someone's positivity, optimism and belief that will heal! Out of all cancer patients who experienced spontaneous remission, they've done hundreds of things, but there 9 things, 9 the same things they did, and imagine out 9 only 2 things are about “outside” things, which is one changing the diet and two taking herbal supplements, the other 7 is about someone's mindset, someone's beliefs, someone's emotional or mental strength. So I agree with you! It's the mind, body and soul! Thank you for sharing thoughts! 😊

I agree with all you said EXCEPT fruits and fructose. I tell you why. Fruits contains NATURAL sugar, NEVER added and occurs in NATURE. Fructose is only harmful in large amounts and it's very difficult to get excessive amounts of fructose from fruits. There is not enough fructose in fruits to cause concern. The sugar in fruits is SAFE TO EAT. Unless, a person will only eat fruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner BUT who the heck will do that? Mga magsasaka rice at corn at mga rootcrop ang laging kinakain, peru karamihan ay namamatay sa katandaan. Dahil hindi sila kumakain ng preserve, process, frozen food. Kya kung ung corn, rice, rootcrop ay nakakanser din, di lahat ng tao my canser! Para sa akin basta tamang dami ang kainin kada kain, kasi lahat ng palaging sobta my masamamng epekto.

Prutas is matamis din…berries pineapple and citrus fruits ang pinaka safe, at kahit di ka naman professional moderation parin is the key and well balance diet, hindi puedeng prutas lang,lalo na pala umiinom na ng gamot,masisira talaga liver, Rice protects the stomach kung umiinom na pala ng gamot. I can say that my diet prior to the operation is mostly composed of the foods that you've mentioned in the video and has greatly affected the growth of the cancer as I felt that the cancer cells are feeding on it. Hi Doc, curious lang po ako Doc bakit ung amo ko umiinom ng expire na laban and ung mga pagkain na expire na sabi ng amo ko pwede pa daw kainin. Doctor din silang Dalawa Doc at kagabi nakita ko ung amo kong babae pagkatapos nya mg dinner humiga agad sa sofa set. Wonder lang po kasi ako sa nakita ko mismo sa mga kong Doctor pero ibang klaseng Doctor sila Hindi kagaya mo Doc.

Moderation (high carb food) can still lead us to sugar addiction. Low Carb is the only way to stop the cravings and overeating :)

Eat more green, beans, purple camote, and more fish for omega 3 the good fat. Superfoods avocado, malunggay, and many more. I avoid processed food, salt, sugar, soda, no red meat, and pork. Use olive oil only. Peanut is a good snack than street food. Eat an egg for a complete breakfast. No white rice or bread, eat camote instead. I like chicken tinula with lot of malungay.

Maniniwala lang ako sayo kapag umabot ka na ng 70YO+++. Na wala kang sakit. Makapangaral ka …eh bata ka pa. Parang sinasabi mo na lahat ng food ng likha ni Lord na mga nabanggit mo masama. Walang masama kung ang pagkain mo “in moderation”!

5. Sweet fruits and glucose. Ask ko lang po kung ano ung sucralose, form of sugar ba ito? My whey isolate protein is 0 sugar but in the ingredients it has sucralose.

I always have my whole wheat bread toasted to break the bonds of the long chain sugar molecules . I also use low fat milk for my long grain oatmeals .

Cancer is caused overtime by lifestyle choices. Insulin Spiking: 1. Sugar: honey, sugar, candies 2. Grains and root crops : starchy foods, bread, pasta, rice. Potatoes, onions, carrots, radishes 3. Processed meats: hotdogs, chicken nuggets, sausage, tocino, chorizo etc 4. Seed oils: grape flower, sunflower oil, 5. Fruits and fructose, canola oil Replace with: Key take away: saturated fats are natural, but too much saturated fat leads to problems. Saturated fats can be essential hormones for skin and cells. Saturated fats can be made into vitamins. Oil is made by heating up the seed. 1. Pinch of salt and observe for five minutes: need electrolytes craving for sugar will disappear 2. Seafood like salmon 3. 100 grams of liver 4. Read meat with vegetables 3. Butter and coconut oil 5. Non starchy foods: Poultry: Chicken, turkey, duck, or other fowl. Fish and Shellfish: Any fish, including tuna, salmon, catfish, bass, trout, shrimp, scallops, crab, and lobster (no farmed seafood, there are to many toxins in them). Eggs: Whole eggs are permitted without restrictions. Source: Google I am a 315lb female and I neeed to gain control of my health. I will quit sugar and starch tomorrow. I will quit vaping too because I vape like a chimney. I have tachycardia and high white blood cell for many years. It is due to my inflammation. I will reduce my food intake eat in moderation and exercise everyday
