Seeing your opponent evolve a minion into a 4/20 with taunt will be the most dreadful thing ever. Also, Beached Whale + Brann increases your corpse count by 1 😳. Also, I may have missed Regis talking about it, but Incindius does give you 1 cost spells, which has been a massive theme from a lot of the recent cards we have seen.

If you go first and play King Tide on turn 4, your opponent can't play any spells on their turn, and you can cast your high cost spell the next turn.

Someone on reddit mentioned Adaptive Amalgam could be given the Thunderbringer deathrattle with the 1 mana DK spell so he could keep resummoning himself when he dies. Plus playing him with hand buff tricks, effects that resummon him or resurrect him, or make him elusive or have reborn. Omg

Hilarious that “King Tide” has an ability so close to original Wave from Marvel Snap. Play him the turn before you drop a huge card, or lock out opponents small stuff.

I think incidius has the quality that people love in neutral legendaries like flint firearm or sn1p sn4p. Where they both have the popoff potential where they could end/save a game, but also you don't hate throwing it out. It does demand an answer, once those eruptions hit 3 damage they're scary, but by turn 6 your deck is at most 20 cards. A 1 in 5 chance of drawing eruptions is better than most shuffle cards, it really just depends how aggresive this meta is.

Adaptive amalgam looks super scary. Theres plenty of draw 1 cost cards, and the fact you can give it any type of buff makes it look potentially op.

Contrary to the name I think Terrible Chef is actually a 4 star card at the minimum, it is a very sticky minion with multiple layers for corpses. It will be a stable in Death Knight card at the very least.

The Eruptions from Incendius would scale with Spell Damage as well, right? You probably can't set up your board expecting it but it could be a nuts cherry on top.

2 damage eruption is meh, 3 damage looks good. Shudderblock combo would be really fun. Empty your deck > Play shudder into incindius = instant 30 damage at start of your next turn

I really like Resort Valet. I love discover effects and it let's me play new cards but I also can understand your concerns with the cost.

Adaptive Amalgam is gonna pop off with Rogue I’m calling it now. Its amazing tutors for both Pirates and Mechs help redraw it consistently, its repertoire of magnetic support (also Pit Stop which is both a buff and a tutor) from TITANS will give it plenty of ways to buff the stats and keywords of the Amalgam, and the Pirate support we’re getting in PiP in general will allow the class to make a very scary minion they just keep replaying over and over. Granted, of course, it’s not perfect, it gets shut down hard by Deafen off of Priest and Rogue, enemy *Debuffs* also function as Enchantments, meaning it can get hard bricked by cards like Horn of the Windlord which override its stats, and the “keeps enchantments” effect is tied to the deathrattle, so bouncing effects like Canary will reset the Amalgam completely. Still, I think despite its counters, it’ll probably be scary and consistent enough to rise to at least tier 2 in the young meta.

I honestly love Incindius. Its an ok card on its own, but its a solid foundation for some insane plays Mage can split it to double the effect ,while Shaman has Shudder Block which can TRIPLE it. That's not even considering other decks like Warrior which has Brann etc

King Tide for Druid has the high potential of ramping into it on 4, then your opponent doesn’t have the mana to cast a big spell at 5 and their cheap spells now cost too much, whilst Druid can then use it on their turn

Correct me if I'm wrong, i think the sleep effect can't be silenced in order for the minion to attack, right? If it works the same way as when they first come into play, even when silenced, they can't attack. If that is how it works. I think "sleeping" is a stronger freeze effect. In my opinion.

Is that mage card that splits an elemental in two still in standard? It's much better than Brann for Incindius.

12:30 Stick it in a mech deck, include a bunch of 1-of tutors for other tribal types so it always fishes out the amalgam.

Haven't played the game since 2014 yet followed HS videos to this date. Question: Is Lor'Themar still in Standard? If so: doubling the stats of Beached Whale will practically make it a 8/40 which only Drops to 30 hp even when summoned from hand! Thus I also wonder if Beached Whale could actually be broken in some priest decks with inner fire or sth

Feels like it would have been safe enough to make Resort Valet a 3 mana 3/4 similar to the 3 mana card we currently have that can discover a Legendary minion. Their power level are both around the same at 3 mana & are still viable enough.

I love Adaptive Amalgam, finally again a way to make crazy beasts that go back into a deck. Definitely will try to make many huge copies of it! Then again it just will get shut down by beloved Reno *puff* effect bt still I will try.

It might be dumb but I wanna build an incineius warrior deck with the dormant card to copy and the temp copy card to dupe further

I feel like a big problem King Tide will run into is the fact that a lot of mage decks now of day like to go no minions.

I saw a great comment about King Tide: "Can you not print mana cheating...FOR FIVE MINUTES?" (Also, keep in mind Druid will have access to it as well with their Tourist)

I don't know how excited i am about Incindius in Brann Warrior. Having the TnT from Boomboss blow up the eruptions over real cards seems a little rough.

Don't know how practical it is, but note that the Amalgam can be tutored out by Paladin with Boogie Down.

I want to make a priest deck with synchronizing incendius and such, but playing multiple 6 mana 2/10s might just be too slow. So i guess itd be more a fit for shaman/warrior battlecry decks Also hear me out. Stranglethorn heart beached whale hunter. Run banjosaur and gain 4/20

Can't wait for volcano man. Minimum 10 aoe damage stuck in your deck is good. Giving him protection or stealth or using cards that double end of turn effects or god forbid copying his battlecry or his body.

King Tide so you can play Sunset for 5 but your already spending 4 so your still spending 9 but you get a 4/4 body.The reason Sunset isn't that good is because on turn 9 you might be facing game ending plays so Sunset MUST clear the board or keep you alive to live another turn or it is simply too costly still costing you 9 mana.

You say adaptive amalgam can’t be good without specific tutors but like most classes have a way to tutor for at least 1 minion type.

Yaaay can't wait to play against pirate rogue in wild when this comes out. Someone really looked at pirates and said "You know what they are missing? Stat buffing! It's not like they can draw 10 thousand cards, vomit out crazy boards and kill the opponent on turn 4. Let's also make them unkillable." Delusional game designers.

Mark my words: Incindius will get nerfed at least twice. That card slotw into basically every single deck right now. Even handbuff paladin can arguably use him to deal burst and he becomes an extremely high health minions in that deck. Also, elemental tag, also Shadowstep, also Shudderblock, also Brann, actually even face hunter could use that card though not likely, Rainbow DK can use him, Sif mage can use him...

While really unlikely due to it being a legendary and needing a high cost spell in hand, if you go first and curve into the mage legendary on 4, even if the opponent has a haymaker spell in hand they'll be unable to cast it with 4 mana crystals while you can curve into yours on 5.

If you're player 1, you can play King Tide on turn 4, no risk. Your opponent will only have 4 mana, and the coin will cost 5 mana to play. No spells for them.

Just saying, with deputization aura, the whale is a 7mana 5/10 lifesteal taunt restore 10 to your hero - is it good, probably not. Do I care, no.
