I've created this low calorie pizza crust that doesn't require any flour at all. Add toppings and enjoy the whole pizza without any guilt.
The whole crust has 54 calories.

Cauliflower: 1 cup (A cup has 27 calories so you can adjust accordingly)
Beaten egg: 1/2, small (To bind the cauliflower)
Seasoning of your choice (But don't skip oregano)
Water: 1/4 cup
