Take protein and salad a lot, and it will really help you lose weight!! And lower carb intake like Lil bit of rice for lunch or 1 roti for dinner.. if you can cut both Rice and Roti, that will help a lot!! Hope this tip helps you😊

Main ek group create karna chahti hun jismein ham exercise kar sakte hain aur ek group create karna chahti hun jo bhi ham Sara ghar ka khana khate Hain vah Sara vahan per matlab denge ham WhatsApp group mein aur ek exercise group Jo bolenge vah bhi ham exercise krnge ar mene 18 days me 6 kg km Kiya hai Jo vi karna chate ho comments karna oi
