Finally found a Pilates class I love! I like the music you choose-pleasing, light, not too fast or too loud. I don't like loud music that makes my heart race and makes me feel unwell. Your channel is just what I need! I hope I can sculpt a fine figure doing this. Thank you!

These 5 min workouts are perfect… you feel the burn (and the next day!) and enable me to be consistent and do one daily! Love it 🤍

today I realised that your workouts make feel happier and grateful for myself, music is not too loud, it’s light and calming, everything is mindful, every movement is controlled, itʼs not too fast or hitting, and after your workout (even this short), i feel proud of myself, i believe in myself and i encourage myself. no more hating, despair, offence to myself. it turns out to be a fancy engagement to me, not a punishment for my body. hope these workouts will help me to get my body toned and gain mobility, especially with almost 1 year gap, but i’m truly thankful for this kind of involvement that gives me a positive attitude towards myself ❤

Literally going to do this everyday this week and try to do it everyday (and pairing it with Chloe Ting’s 20 minute workout challenge) before Aug 31st, which is my friends wedding that I’m a bridesmaid in 💪🏻 Day 1: Monday, Aug 12th ✅ Day 2: Tuesday, Aug 13th ✅ Day 3: Wednesday, Aug 14th ✅ Day 4: Thursday, Aug 15th ✅ Day 5: Friday, Aug 16th ✅ Day 6: Saturday, Aug 17th ✅ Day 7: Sunday, Aug 18th ❌ rest day Day 8: Monday, Aug 19th ✅ Day 9: Tuesday, Aug 20th ✅ Day 10: Wed, Aug 21st ✅ 10 days until the wedding! Feeling strong! Day 11: Thurs, Aug 22nd ✅ Day 12: Fri, Aug 23rd ✅ (completed Chloe Ting 20 Minute Challenge!) Day 13: Sat, Aug 24th ✅ one week until the wedding! Day 14: Sun, Aug 25th ✅ Day 15: Mon, Aug 26th ✅ it’s wedding week!!! (Started Chloe Ting’s 2024 25 Day Weight Loss Challenge) Day 16: Tues, Aug 27th ✅ Day 17: Wed, Aug 28th ✅ Day 18: Thurs, Aug 29th ✅ Day 19: Friday, Aug 30th ✅ Day 20: Sat, Aug 31st - WEDDING DAY!!! ✅ Throughout this was so great to have a goal for the day, even if it was for 5 minutes. My arms feel strong, and as I’ve been doing a lot of plank exercises with Chloe Ting, I’m finding that my arms don’t feel tired/heavy but instead light when I do up up down downs. I also feel like they’ve toned up ever so slightly as well. Thanks, Lidia! For the month of September I’m going to find another 5 minute arms video to keep up with, but this will be in my rotation for sure!!!

day1: gave up at 3rd exercise. will be back in the evening. edit : i was not back. day2 : did it completely except shoulder taps cuz I'm bit heavy for that. the burn hasn't set in yet but I'm sure I'll feel it through the day. Will be back tomorrow hopefully! edit : i was away cuz exams. Lets begin again! 27/9 : arms burned but i pushed through with breaks in between - did it in the evening again. Except last one. my arms are gonna come off. 28/9 : first morning session. Arms hurt but i was able to push myself. - second session at midnight. Now i know the upcoming exercises and able to push myself. Added my own different exercise in place of the last one. See myself tomorrow!

Trust me guys it's been 1week since I tried this maybe? I did this and I saw the results it's amazing!❤️ I did this for 2 times a day. Smetimes I was not able to do 2 times a day cuz got lazy 😂

Day 1 - I was amazed that this actually burned! My arms fell at times but I hope tomorrow this becomes easier Day 2 - Done! I finished it with my arms dropping only once
