This back-strengthening workout uses one resistance band to help you strengthen your back muscles and fix and restore your posture.
I love using resistance bands to strengthen the back postural muscles because they work differently than weights.
Resistance bands provide variable resistance throughout the exercise. With all this in mind, I love incorporating resistance bands specifically to improve my back muscle strength and to focus on those contractions.

This was awesome . I hope you put a timer on each workout because it’s a little frustrating not knowing how many reps im in and I’m constantly having to look at the screen straining my back 😂😂 ❤❤❤

Sounds good :) I have timers on the workouts where I don't talk! But I'll start adding them on all workouts as well.
