I want to thank you for making this available. I'm 52 yrs old and developed stubborn belly fat over the years. I have been doing cardio on the treadmill 30 minutes everyday and lost 15 pounds in 2 months but then it stopped. I'm not losing weight and in fact gained 4 pounds. Super frustrating, and I don't eat that much. Hardly any sugar, no breads, pasta or anything fattening. Then I found you and then these videos on RU-vid. I am super pumped. Learning a lot. @@kandiautry4923 there is an actual workout plan you follow. Day by day as well as the option to follow nutrition plan. Plus you get videos sent to you in email. I know I can access RU-vid on my own anytime but find it helpful to have them put in front of me. And I like having the suggested workout plan.
I like the excercises. But maybe slow down in between to the next excercise. I had to hit pause in order to position my body correctly for the next routine.
Unfortunately, this is my 1st view 😕 and I love these exercises ! I've been doing these a bit differently, and now I remember how I used to do them 😅 after all, I'm 67 years old... thank you 😊

Hey there! Great question! Beginner, aim for 2-3 days per week - working your way up😊 Intermediate, 3-4 days per week. It’s important to exercise different parts of your body! I recommend alternating between days & sections of your body. For example, one day focus on upper body (arms, back, chest), another day focus on lower body (legs, glutes), then another day you can focus on your core or cardio! If you want to target a specific area such as knee fat, love handles, bat wings, etc… you can always add a quick body specific exercise at the end of any workout as a finisher! We have them ALL here on our channel. Just do a quick word search for what you’re looking for. Hope this helps💜

I have limited mobility on my left side of my body my knees is really bad other then that I can’t do the planks though but I will be joining this if you can help me with some I can’t lift the side leg thing either but I want to be in shape too I suffered a stroke years ago and o haven’t been able to find anyone that can modify different exercises I can do my daughter goes to the gym all the time I tell her to take me I want to be in shape to had i not had a stroke I wouldn’t be the size I am I’m not fat but I don’t like my weight now can you help me
