Thank you!!! I was just doing some EFT to calm my anxiety, and this came up!! I just started a new job this week so I am going through the motions of learning everything; it is also a job that I don't have a huge amount of experience in but my bosses are training me up and today I needed a form of "I am doing good enough" affirmation, and this is perfect for it. I will be using this at work next time I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed.

Breathing is essential, your tech is great, I do heavy breathing through nose , I do simulator extersicice I m diabetic this tech is great I like and God bless you.

I really appreciate this .I have done this exercise twice today after this morning where i had to go into ER for a somatized panic attack i endured after a hefty year. The second part of the exercise did so much for my energy. I am grateful.

Thank you mr. Holden.. Been dealing with a lot of psychological problems for which I have medication at the moment. But it's something I only use when the anxiety is so heavy that I feel I might pass- out. When it's anything less I've been using your 20 minute evening practice which is truly a BIG help. Sometimes it almost completely transforms my emotional state and many times it prevented me from taking the medication, which is a blessing because I know it can be addictive plus the effects wear down if used too often. It takes away at least enough to a point where it becomes manageable and like last night, sometimes the transformation is pretty dramatic in the good sense. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Grateful greetings from The Netherlands!

Hi, first of all, I want to thank you for this awesome video! I followed the routine in this video and it seemed to have worked something very well in me. At the slow energy cleansing with the slow-moving hands, something must have in that moment released in me because I started crying. I have gone through a long-time trauma, among other things, so I have constant anxiety (also among other things) varying in levels, so I'm very grateful to have found this video. It might not do most of the work but it actually did something and for that I'm very happy about! Thank you so much again, and keep up making more videos like this!
