증량에 운동이 도움이 된다고 생각하시나요? 저도 참 한심하지만 ㅠ 제 몸이 징그러운 멸치라는 것은 알지만 살이 찌면 거미처럼 밉게 찔 것만 같고.. 머리로는 쪄야지 하면서 숫자만 보면 또 늘어나는 모습에 왠지 거부감이 들어 또 식욕을 무의식적으로 억제하려는 제 자신이 너무 싫습니다… 증량하려면 운동에 대한 좀 내려놓고 맘껏 먹어도 밉게 찌지 않고 예전과 같은 몸으로 쪄질까요…? 근육은 안생기고 체지방만 왕창 느는걸까요…?ㅠㅠ
입맛이 바껴서 고칼로리 음식을 피한다기보단 먹는 횟수가 줄었어요. 고칼로리 저칼로리 따지지 않고 적절하게 고루고루 먹고 있습니다! 깜빠뉴는 아마 호밀가루랑 밀가루랑 섞인 빵으로 알고 있어요 ! 100 통밀도 좋지만 사실 결국 똑같은 밀이기 때문에 저는 100 제품만 고집하지 않아요~
44kg is not a healthy weight for someone 164cm!! If you want to be skinny at 164 you shouldn't go lower than 49kg. Get informed and don't do anything that might damage your health. Even if you think you are eating well being underweight is never good. Remember muscles are heavier than fat so if you've been working out to lose weight you might still think you're too heavy although your body is actually toned and skinny enough. Try to be as healthy as possible, work out and eat good food and stop looking at your weight it's just a number and doesn't mean anything...
BMI is based on Caucasians. Asians get health problems at much lower BMI, they can get health problems in the healthy range. Because their frame and bone weight is less even if they are the same height.
You're in the wrong if you think promoting 44KG is a good thing. It's okay to promote healthy eating habits but not okay to promote a weight that for a lot of girls would be considered under weight! Get informed and don't talk about stuff if you don't understand it.
@Marygraphy You misunderstood clearly. I said the lowest is 49kg. You could be totally healthy at 5'5 between 50-60kg. Also, being healthy is very subjective, and in my honest opinion numbers mean nothing when it comes to health. All I am trying to emphasize is that she clearly talks about 44kg in her video, as someone with presence online she's influenciating others, and for most 44kg won't be a healthy weight or achieved in a healthy way, so it just shouldn't be promoted. It's fine to promote just healthy eating but not to promote a weight, there's a lot of girls out there with eating disorders that will can easily be led to believe that 44kg is the way they should be...
칼로리는 계산 하지 않습니다. 하지만 세끼를 먹기 때문에 기초대사량 충분히 넘을거라고 생각하고 있어요 ! 1600~1700 정도 되지 않을까유? 고칼로리 음식도 좋아하지만 입맛이 바꼈기 때문에 건강한 음식을 자주 먹게 돼서 딱히 살찌는 음식 안찌는 음식을 제한하지 않고 고루고루 먹고 있어요 !
How long did it take you to lose weight? I am at 54 kg and 162cm. My goal is 47kg and lose body fat. Do you think I will see results in 4/5 months? I'm also struggling with binge eating but I'm trying to get better, I feel like I'll never be able to lose weight but watching your videos motivates me, thanks ❤️
From a fellow person who struggles with binge eating, please make sure you eat 3 full meals so you don’t feel the need to snack or binge. Try to eat low-calorie, high-volume foods (many veggies and fruits!) with your proteins so you are always full but not consuming a lot of calories. Look for low-calorie versions of your preferred foods and avoid drinking your calories. I eat around 1500 calories a day and I’ve lost about 6 kg in a month and a half. Don’t give up!
I started at 58kg and was 159cm so you are starting off better than I did lol (although I imagine you are at a perfectly healthy weight and don’t need to lose weight rn). It took me around 4 months to get down to around 44kg, don’t be discouraged the hardest bit is starting, I only lost 1 kg in the first month lol. Good luck.
@@AbdulHalim-fd8jo It took me 6 months to lose this weight. as u already know, a lot of people say drink a lot of water and that is actually the most useful tip to lose weight. I also followed Hyopuni's morning stretching video and did extra excercises.
Frame size and body type can make you appear smaller or larger than you are. Two people can be the same height, the same weight, same dimensions and look completely different. You both have 23 inch waist, but she has a long torso. You may have a shorter torso which is why your waist does not look as slim as hers.
@@eg4417 I have long torso too. I think I have a naturally thin waist, but because I weigh so much more than her (I'm 52 kg), there is more fat. I think if i weigh 48 kilos, my waist can look flat and fit like hers. I am gonna try to do more belly exercises and cardio my heigh 167 cm
When you lose weight and you have identity, you need to change. I started interval running and lost a lot of weight. I recommend high-intensity exercise
@@salmaelmarkhi6740 it took 1yer i was 85 now 55 ..I used to do intermittent fasting for 18hrs n my last meal use to be at 6 ..just do portion control 1hr exercise ..lots of water n most imp try to control craving n alternate with healty food easy😉
Its impossible to choose where you lose your fat from. When you lose fat you lose from everywhere. Face legs arms belly breast fingers etc. Where the fat loss starts depends on your dna and there is no way to change it. Some people tend to lose around hips or legs more (like me) Building mucle helps because it helps you to get toned and burn more calories. When you have good amount of muscle you body starts burning calories and fat on its own. Idk about breast fat tho. Even if you lose it you might have sagging skin on that area. I know that not what you want to hear but i hope it helps♡
