1.) How would you approach someone else, who you love, that is going through the same battles? ... Do that for yourself. 2.) Create new self-talk. 3.) Practice Self-Acceptance. Love accepts us as we are where we are. The Good. The Bad. The Ugly. It does not leave us where we are. JEHOVAH is love. (It’s okay that I’m not okay). 4.) Practice Patience (It will take as long as it takes). 5.) Practice Kindness: What does GOD’s love say to me right now in this moment? 6.) Get clear on what it is you want. What does if look like? 7.) What is the next one step you need to take? 8.) Take care of your temple! Have a full spectrum of care for your temple as an act of LOVE.
Mark, all I can say is thank you! Thank you for speaking life, being encouraging and giving practical steps for us along our transformational journey. I have been in the midst of obsessive compulsive type battles, and I know you are sent from God, giving practical tips I can start using today, right now! God bless you!
Thank you Pastor Mark. I am on a journey of self love after many years of depression, self esteem issues, and insecurities. But I believe God is calling me to love myself the way He does and he led me to this video. Thank you Lord and thank you for being used by Him. God bless amen.
This is great! I listened to your other podcast with your wife on “Learning to love yourself the way God loves you” and within the first 10 mins, I was already inspired to clean my room so I did all the while listening to the rest of the podcast ☺️
God will send me a godly husband for me and my life and dreams and faith hands his wisdom and grace of his glory by God's gifted. Lord bless me a good man for my dreams
I hope you ( by this time) have been led to the one he has called you to marry hun. May he grant you both peace and wisdom in your journey. In the name of jesus amen.
You're not your own saviour. The more you're trying to love yourself the less God can. Eyes on Jesus. His strength is made perfect in weakness, it's not about you!!
