Day 1 ✅ (my arms and shoulders burned but I fell better) Day 2 ✅ (it burned, last exercise was hard but once again my shoulders are feeling better) Day 3 ✅ (the exercises were much easier but it burned, after the session my shoulders felt much lighter and better, they look slightly better) Day 4 ✅ (it was easier although the last exercise and the 7th killed my arms, it burned but it felt good) Day 5 ✅ ( the exercises were a lot easier, my shoulders look better!!) Day 6 ✅ ( the exercises expect of the 7th and last were easy, my shoulders looked after it a lot better and felt lighter, my posture is better) Day 7 ✅ => So after a week doing this, my shoulders look better and feel lighter, my collarbones are also more visible) Day 8 ✅ (the exercises were pretty easy even the last one!! ) Day 9 ✅ (my posture, neck and shoulders look better) Day 10 ✅ (same as day 9, the exercices really work) Day 11 ✅ ( I could do the last exercise easier, my shoulders look really better) Day 12 ✅ ( only two days left, same as the previous day) Day 13 ✅ ( only one day left!!!!) Day 14 ✅ ( done!!!!!!!!) => The results: my shoulders are a lot better and they feel much lighter, my posture is very very much better. The exercises were very effective for me and I am soooo happy!!!!! I‘ll continue doing this regularly.

I did this 3 weeks in a row, and already got the results: perfectly 90° shoulder look!🙌 Also, my back pain has reduced, I improved my posture, and my back nerves also got better! I had a few days (maybe 15 days after starting with exercises) when my back, shoulders and chest hurt like hell. But, as you usually say, no pain-no gain. Thank you so much, Emi! ♥️
I've been doing this since 2 weeks(twice a day) and now my shoulders has transformed now, my shoulders were rounded and the collarbone wasn't visible but now my shoulder line and collarbone are visible. Thank you so much your workout helped me a lot.😭❤️

I tend to tense up a lot on my shoulders due to my posture, work, and sleeping position. This work worked wonders for me! Thank you so much for creating this workout routine!

I joined the challange yesterday and decided to note my progress here for myself and for those who might be unsure about this. Day 1 ✅ I did a warm-up before just in case; the workout overall was quite easy and manageable Day 2 ✅ My shoulders aren't sore and the work out felt good. I don't see any progress yet but that's normal Day 3 ✅ Nothing changed regarding the work out but i already see a slight change in my shoulders - they are a bit higher and the 90° degree is more notable Day 4 & 5 Pause Day 6 ✅ My normal stance looks already better, I'll keep going
I've been doing this for perhaps a week and it's already been making a difference!! My posture is a lot better and my chest appears as less saggy because I'm not slouching down. Definitely worth it!

I will continue doing this workout and I highly recommend for everyone.
I tried this for a week and saw results! Not 90 degree and not perfect yet but it works 100% just stay consistent. Even when i didn’t do it every day i saw results, don’t give up!

I started this exercise 2 weeks ago. It has improved my shoulders and posture. I find it difficult to maintain a good posture since I have to sit the whole day (office job) but after doing these exercises, I am sometimes surprise to find myself unconsciously correcting my posture and I now have lesser back pains.
Hi! So I tried this exercise on my own, and I recommend everyone do it exactly the way Emi dose in this video, in a sitting down position. I tried doing it while I stand up, and several days later I realized that my core muscle kicks in place and the purpose of this exercise is not achieved. Doing it while sitting works out my back muscles much better.
Doing this workout 5 times a week for 3 months. Pairing this up with her collarbone workout. I think it’s no use if I do it for a few days and then just stop so I am trying this way to maintain my consistency. Let’s do this 🔥 Week 1 (15.03 to 21.03)

I have already tried her previous workouts related to shoulder and trust me, they are magic. Although I've never been much consistent with those exercises, but whenever I've did them, I've felt as if something like a strong knot opens up from my shoulder and back area. Something releases from there within 10 minutes. I usually performs her shoulder workouts before sleeping to help me wakeup with less shoulder and neck stiffness and it definitely helps me But as she says, consistency is the key, so try to keep with that. It will definately show results in longer run👍

I'm going to do this for 7 days or more and see how it works. Day 1: I could definitely feel the burn, my little sister wanted to do this with me today so that motivated me a little. Day 2: Still feeling the burn, and still motivated. On the last one I managed to push through and not do the second option. Day 3: Still motivated, still going strong. I think I see a slight change but not a major one, but it's only the third day so I'm not too worried about it. Day 4: Still not seeing a huge difference I think my shoulders are a bit more toned but I'm still motivated ! Day 5: I missed day 5 because I was busy. Day 6: I still did day 6, still motivated again I'm only seeing a slight difference. Day 7: I missed day 7 bc I was a little lazy lol. Day 8: I’m definitely seeing a difference, again not a major difference but i can see a change fortunately. Day 9: I’m actually really seeing a difference, like my shoulders are still kinda broad but they’re not as broad as before and they feel much better now. I’ve always had nice posture but my shoulders feel amazing now. I start school tomorrow so I’ll try and still continue this as best as I can. Day 10: I stopped for a while bc I started school but if you want this to work be consistent with it like she said. It’s also 7am in the morning and I’m about to head off for school in a bit lol💀

Came here for aesthetic reasons (90° shoulders) but not only that but got reduced upper back pain, posture and less headaches. If you get tension headaches from having a stiff neck this is great! Got so much out of this!

I've been doing this for 2/3 weeks maybe? I haven't done it everyday but I'm starting to now, and I can DEFINITELY say I see a difference. My shoulders used to be really low and basically rounded, I wanted them to be more wide, toned, and 90 degree and this really works!! Like I see the muscle gain and when I looked in the mirror I was surprised to see how wide they have gotten. To make the workout more effective though, I use weights! they don't have to be super heavy, as mine aren't. BUT I noticed today when I woke up my shoulders were more muscular after using the weights for that extra push. It will give you faster results. I wish I could record my days but I'm so inconsistent lol, I'll try though. .. Let's just pretend today is day 1. Day 1. done
i really like her workouts they are soooooo good honestly if anyone is questioning whether to do them do it! I swear I recently have started to exercise on a whim and it really helps me to focus I'm someone who is not able to finish something i have started ,but have been keeping up with with them for 4 days now and i am sooo motivated you guys can do it!
U should take a picture of ur self before starting the work out me then don’t see ur body for like 2 weeks while doing the exercises, and u would see a Noticeable changes

After the workout it made me sit with a correct posture naturally. Day 2 - ✅ My arms and back were sore fron yesterday so I guess this means its doing smth. The wall slider exercise is great if you have a nerd neck like me :) Day 3 - ✅ My right arm/shoulder keeps making crunchy noises when i lift it during the exercise, hopefully its not anything serious. Other than that the workout burned as much as it did the other days. I try to sit with a correct posture during the day as well. Guys. I won't select work out videos that often. I watched alot for months but selected this one only. I found it working and my shoulder is better looking now. I also have a shoulder pain it also gone with on days. I don't know when I started doing this workout. But definitely not a month. It's the first time I am supporting such a kind of video.in search of other these kind of whole body excersice which is simple and effective. Definitely try this if u have irregular shoulder

okay i did this for the first time last night and i did it twice in a row and LET ME TELL YOU. i see a difference already and my upper back and arms are SO SORE. i literally could not sleep last night and i don’t know if it’s because i went too hard or if my body can’t handle me doing multiple arm and shoulder workouts in a row. Results of 1 week => My shoulders and arms feel so much better! The pain in my neck has reduced considerably too! Day 8: Done Day 9: Done Day 10: Done (Didn't do the neck exercises today) Day 11: Done (My shoulders feel so much lighter! They also look much better and my posture has become better too!) Day 12: Done (2 more days! Also, my shoulders look and feel so much better! My posture has gotten better too!) Day 13: Done (1 day left!) Day 14: Done!! Results => My arms are so much slimmer! My shoulders are feeling much much lighter and my posture is infinitely better. I'm going to keep doing this regularly! Thank you, Emi!
