Ill be doing this. 1st day: Tired, no difference 2nd day: Getting easier to do, still no difference. 3rd day: i can see a very small difference+ i can see some muscle 4th day: I noticed that my arms are more skinnier than before! 5th day: starting to get used to doing it (Like comment to remind me)

Upper arm: 33cm Arm: 27 cm Day1:✅ Last one was hard Day2:✅ It feels easier Day3:✅ I see a little difference Day4:✅ I think that at the end of the week there will be a difference of 0.5 to 1 cm Day5:✅ I feel that my arms are taking shape Day6:✅ Tomorrow I'll check results Day7:✅ So today I chairs results Upper arm:32cm Arm: 26.5 cm I will continue until I get the desired result. ⚫Started on 4th Jan !! Arm excercise (before exercising) 1st - 33cm 2nd - 32.5cm 3rd - 32cm 4th - 32.8cm 5th - 31.5cm 6th - 31cm 7th - 30cm My school uniform is finally not too tight around the arms, yay!! I've noticed that my arms burn faster than other people's because I've reduced my calorie intake and sometimes do this exercise twice or thrice a day. Don't forget to make the exercises more intense than last time to consistently see progress. Remember, she does these easy exercises for more views but it won't give you good progress in the long run. Stay fit but don't forget to get fitter! Good luck!

i've been doing this workout everyday with one rest day in between for about 3 weeks now, and i can definitely say that this workout helps tone out your upper arms. my upper arms used to have more "jiggle" to it, espcially when i washed the dishes lol,, but now they're quite toned & firm!! i actually have muscle when i flex hehe. i did no diet, and still achieved these results! it's difficult to stay consistent but the results are so worth it!! you can do it guys!!!

this works guys!! i did this workout for 3 days, twice a day and i can visibly see the fat on my arms "tightened" up and when i shake my arms, they're not as saggy as before. love this!!

@@atiafarzana7441 sorry for the late reply! i think it depends on the frequency that you do it, i stopped when i felt my bones hurting at the punching exercise. overall i think it's more of a softer kind of exercises that doesn't make you gain visible muscles, but does tighten the fat on your body. if you want to lose fat, make sure to stay in a calorie deficit too!

Doing this along with an arm and leg workout in the morning + sometimes will go to the gym as well Doing it for 10 days first to see if it works Note: I am doing OMAD, eating a good and nutritious breakfast (Make eggs but in a slightly different way, have some toast and just a juice or smoothie) Day 1: ✅(Did the 3 workouts + a walking workout at home because I couldn't go to the gym today) Day 2: ✅Same as day 2 Day 3: ✅Did the 3 workouts + treadmill and bicycle thing in the gym, I can already see slight changes in my body! It is definitely not an inch, maybe a bit less than 1 cm? But that is great for 3 days! Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅Did twice Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: Yet to be done Results: Arms: Legs: Abdomen and waist: Keep reminding me to post! I am continuing but may forget to update

I kind of lazed off in the middle for a week or 2 because of school stress, but overall, I saw pretty good results. I can't see much definition because I started out being very fat, but I have slimmed down a bit. I'd say maybe 2-3 inches lost. But I didnt take exact measurements. Finally!! I've started this workout (4 April 2022) keeping the data here so that I can motivate myself 😅 ✳️Day 1: ✅Don't underestimate this workout at all. It seemed easy to me but 🥲 I almost gave up in the middle coz of the burn🔥🔥😅😅 💪🏻Left arm- 12.5 inches 💪🏻Right arm- 12.5 inches ✳️Day 2: ✅Was waiting for it. @@mirunarosu166to my observation, it does helped for both my shoulders and my arm:D but it take 7 days to finally notice some changes in the underarm, i also did April Han’s 8 minute arm work out and I think it would be more effective:D

I'm so glad that emi makes plenty of workout varieties in her channel. When I can't handle a 20min HIIT, I switched to 10min hiit that she also had. I just discovered that I can't catch my breath with workouts that had 30 seconds each workout with 10 seconds rest. But I can handle 45 seconds each workout with 15 seconds rest. Its just amazing. I can finish off a leg workout in the same specs as well as HIIT. I'm so happy that you have a 10min sitting arm workout. This way I can do my 10min HIIT - 10min sitting arm - 10min leg/thin standing workout. This is just perfect, I feel great without catching my breath. I've been doing the arms and legs for two weeks and now this month I'll incorporate the 10min HIIT for a total of 30mins of workout a day. Wish me luck guys! Thank you so much emi, your positivity and workout helped me so much this pandemic ♥

Hi, I am gonna be trying this workout for 2 weeks from now(20/6) and update the progress here daily! My arms have always been fat and I have no confidence wearing body con tops...hopefully, I can slim down my arms by the end of my school break.☺ Oh and I won't be dieting as I can't bear to leave out the good food hehe Day 1: (28.2cm) tried doing twice and I feel weak✅ Day 2: did it twice, felt better✅ Day 3: did twice again and my arms feel strong but the last exercise was still tough ✅ Day 4: done twice, felt easier now✅ Day 5: done twice!✅ Day 6: today was a busy day so I only did once✅ Day 7: done twice!✅ Day 8: done twice✅ Day 9: was very tired today so only did once✅ Day 10: (shall take a break today)❌ Day 11: done twice✅ Day 12: did once only ✅ Day 13: had a rest day ❌ Day 14: did it once✅ 37.3cm🎉 even though it’s only 1cm, my arms felt stronger and I believe if I did it again for another two weeks it’s gonna slim down again❤ Thanks for the likes!! really needed that extra motivation and i hope you have a great day ahead!!😘

So, I tried for a month and this is life changing. My arms are slim & beautiful and I’m super excited about it, starting to use sleeveless tops with confidence and happy with my arms. I still have some work to do with than but it’s amazing have all this result in just one month. I will keep my perseverance with this workout.

Thank you Emi I am really looking for lifestyle changes as I have grown much weight in pandemic and now high time I have to get back to shape to live healthy life otherwise it would be harmful for me.
