That brake reservoir for fuel is smart! Need to balance my carbs on my 2002 at some point soon. Too many other projects on the go at once. Picked up a KX80 and KX100 for £300 the other week. In boxes of course and ‘everything is there’ so… fingers crossed 😁 Hope your leg/ ankle is heeling well bud so you can get back to jumping that 250 again!

Hello.Yesterday I did carburetor synchronization. I synchronized 3 of them without any problems. But when trying to balance the fourth where there is a big difference. The idle speed of the engine increases too much. I can't reduce it by adjusting the idle screw because it has run out of range. The TPS sensor is set correctly. What could be the reason for this? Maybe the carburetor needs to be adjusted? Air-fuel mixture?
So I'm not sure what bike your working on but.. on the zx7s iv syncd. You adjust the left 2 with one screw and the right 2 with one screw. Then the screw in the middle syncs them together. Maybe that's what happen?
