Thank you so much--I had some back irritation and this session really helped realign my back and knees.Feeling great! I exercise with a wonderful group of women, who got together to exercise by Zoom, after our community center closed during Covid. We have kept it up for the last three years and have become friends and a great support for each other. Today I introduced them to your videos--they loved it. So we thank you and will now include your videos in our repertoire! We are very active exercisers and we go from 50 to 84 years old. Loving life--thank you for adding to the fun!

Hello mam. I have question why it's important to bend the knee when we are adding balance. It's any anatomy reason behind it?

This depends on which exercise you are referring too? Normally I bend the knees to avoid hyperextension or to help you engage your leg muscles. I hope that helps 💖
