My question at present is how they get back to you after submitting a ticket. Is it through the My cases tab on their support page? If so, how do you know when they're contacting you?

On the very bottom of the page where it says that your shit is banned there is a little bitty thing that says make a ticket. It's at the very bottom.

I have the same problem, I changed my phone and I forgot to save my autentificator codes so i lost them, i know they give you some backup codes and you will be able to use them when you don t have the codes from autentificator, but i delete the backup codes from my email and now i don t know what can i do, can someone help me ?

I've trying to change my email on activision but i cant cause it sends a code to the old email is there a way to get around that

I just need my email on my account changed because someone hacked into the email and not the account yet. So I want to change it before it’s too late and the activision support team said I have access to it even tho I clearly don’t. It’s really frustrating to not be able to call people anymore. When mw 2019 came out and I got full on hacked I was able to call and get everything sorted out. It’s really annoying that they got rid of that 🤦‍♂️ 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I recently checked through my owned games and found I own Modern Warfare. I got through downloading everything and the game tells me the packs to play the game aren't installed so I'm like ok let me check. Sure as shit all the required packs are right there installed. So I'm like ok maybe setting up Two Factor Authentication might jar it enough to recognize everything is installed, that was a huge mistake because by the end my blood was absolutely boiling and Two Factor Authentication never got set up because the website kept telling me wrong password. I just created the account and my other Activision Account uses the same password. EDIT¦ Another thing to note is I also tried to get my email address verified and that wouldn't go through either.

Just tried what you did step by step and when I first set up 2 factor it sent an email with a one time code, then it allows me to set up the google authenticator app. You must've accidently logged out or it kicked you in between these stages but the code may still be in your emails, ie spam etc
