Agility is your body’s ability to be quick, graceful, and nimble. It is how effectively and efficiently you can move, change direction and the position of your body while maintaining control.
Being agile doesn't just improve athletic performance, it can improve how you move day-to-day. Whether you want to improve your balance, build your mind-body connection or improve your recovery time, agility training will get you there. Agility training includes components of learning, focus, balance, and coordination. Square Locomotion: Consegui não foi tão difícil Figure: Consegui fazer, mas fiquei um pouco tonta Crawl and Sit-Thru: Esse foi mais difícil de fazer (cai algumas vezes), mas consegui High knees: Confundi os pés algumas vezes, mas fiz Zing-Zag Side Shuffle: Consegui fazer com facilidade Zig-Zag Forward Backward Sprints: Consegui fazer mas confundi os pés um pouco Forward & Backward Shuffling: Consegui fazer tranquilamente Zig-Zag Sprint: Consegui facilmente Sprint & collect: Quase cai mais consegui
