The fact Iverson didn’t even say a name yet everyone knew exactly who he was talking about tells you all you need to know regarding who the absolute 🐐 is.
@kenerickson5286 Yeah, a lot of people just don't get it. MJ was just on a different level, and I'm talking a different level from the other all-time greats. Which is saying something. When Jordan had that mad, determined look on his face. teams just knew he was about to turn it on and do something magical.
Balco Bronze, who is such an MJ Stan that he wears his number and thought he could be MJ in Space Jam 2 (which bombed), actually should be happy his hometown Cleveland gave him about 1/10 of MJ's applause. At least it wasn't the loud boos he got at the 2023 superbowl where he proceeded to "king himself" by putting on an imaginary crown, and this was after he got swept. Good grief.
You could say arguably the toughest nba player ever. Dude was 165 soaking wet and would attack giants night in and night out, and put fear in other opponents because they knew he was just going to keep coming.
He's definitely matured.... because when he was younger and played on the Sixers, he was kind of a ghetto thug out there. Don't get me wrong, he was a great basketball player with tons of talent, I just never cared for the way he carried himself on the court alot of the time. I also never realized after he left the NBA, he actually played one year over in Turkey on one of their pro basketball teams.
@@PrincessZelda_is_My_Side_Chick You think he was a ghetto thug because of how he looked. You didn't know him. He may think you are trash because of how you look. Doesn't mean you are.
Bruh you never lied, you gotta remember the fans can say what we think about any player.. But when your peers talk about you on that level .. That Speaks volumes…..Tha Goat MJ…
@@georgeschneider333 common sense would tell you its generational based. So your comment doesn’t make any sense because it already biased towards MJ. I face palm when I see comments like yours because they don’t prove a thing at all. Why because it’s the same generation who’s doing the Judging😂😂😂
To put this into perspective, it was held in Cleveland where MJ broke the hearts of the fans during his time and MJ had the loudest cheers from the crowd. Louder than when they introduced Lebron, a guy who played there and gave them their first ring in half a century.
Out of ALL OF THE MJ clips THIS hits different...NO BITCH IN ME...but this makes me wanna shed tears...bc HE HAD ALL THE TALENTS...to hear other IMPRESSIVE PEOPLE TO TALK ABOUT YOU IN SUCH A WAY... IT'S JUST INCREDIBLE TO ME 💯👌🙏TRUE GOD GIVEN TALENT....
@@SkleeboJonesI agree but mj has not been around cameras that much. The classic pose he had on the Hornets was all he was seen. If bron goes something like that and goes straight to business I can see him getting this treatment, he is my goat so I would love it
Being born in 81…. What a blessing.. I grew up watching guys like him and Mike Tyson on tv… so many iconic musicians and actors… culture… everything I thank God for letting me come through in 81
Jordan made basketball hot in my country, the Netherlands… and almost nobody played basketball. Imagine that.. a player on the other side of the world.. and a whole generation of kids looked up to him. Greatest athlete I have ever seen.. in any sport
I liked hearing Iverson recall this moment. It showed how present he was to realize that he was not only among greats but was being recognized as a great, as well. Then, for Allen to notice the shift when HE showed up. Love it!
Only one who stood in the middle and NO ONE had a problem with it. Absolutely respect for the GOAT. MJ will forever in my opinion be the GOAT of Basketball. His peak, influence and dominance in all areas of the sport will not be duplicated.
I agree but unfortunately it's gonna be LeBron! We're gonna die off n they'll forget everything but his shoes! N not even realize why they're wearing them! 😞
@jiujitsujayJay LeBron is great but no one says I wanna be like LeBron more than Jordan. Even Kobe copied MJ whole style and Kobe's the third greatest player.
Those are 74 other legendary players and best their profession has to offer and even they know that MJ is another level even to them. Kids nowadays want to argue he wasn't all that but they truly don't know how good that man was. I grew up watching him ascend and it was truly a sight to behold. Can't be compared to anything and anyone else.
The kids of today grew up on lebron...they never seen Jordan play. All they have are highlights and not even most of the highlights from his most athletic time but the highlights that are available still show he was more spectacular than bron but the kids either have blinders on or are lying to themselves.
Can you imagine the feeling of being on top of the circle surrounded by the greatest to ever do it and they ALL looking at YOU like THERE HE IS 👀🙂↕️ Has to be the most amazing feeling
Man I wish I had known how it felt to experience MJ at that time. Just so grateful to have Nikola Jokic in our team and I’m living in the moment. Sat court side next to him and Murray. So blessed for this sport! ❤
R.I.P. Bill Walton. I currently live in San Diego California where he is from and I'm a Nurse at UCSD Hospital and he was one of my patients he was so cool and down to earth.... always told jokes ect ect. When we found out of his passing it was a very vert sad moment. The Doctor that I worked for who seen him on a daily basis cried like a baby!! True Legend to say the least!!🙏❤️🥹😩
I was in the building and when MJ walking down the aisle, that ovation was like nothing else I’ve ever witnessed before in an arena/stadium! Unreal experience
@fredrickwhynn6225 ALL THE POLLS? You're just saying things. It's definitely disputed because while I say he's the goat.. MANY believe it's lebron.. and that's a legit claim. Undisputed means NO ONE disagrees. Millions disagree that he's the goat. That's the definition of disputed. He's not Jerry Rice or Brady they are undisputed. MJ is OBVIOUSLY disputed. There are daily discussions about who's the goat. He is the consensus goat but he's not undisputed. Understand?
✨ Allen Iverson ✨ NO NBA Player retired or active could EVER stand in your shoes or walk in your light. The Aura and humbleness that you possessed couldn't be found in Shaq , Kobe or the great Michael Jordan. Please know the fact that you never won a championship didn't stop us from loving you , admiring you and wanting to cheer you on cuz we knew when you was on the court you was giving it everything you had and that's how you became the people's champion. Allen Iverson you were such an Amazing player the Philly guard with the killer crossover had become a force to reckon with and rightfully so. Stand tall & Proud and take your well deserved place as the Top 75 players in the NBA. Allen Iverson GOAT #2🐐 Congrats 👏🏼👏🏼
@toreworld5820 he wasn't "glazing" though, the Top 75 ceremony is on YT. Literally everything did stop, MJ got the loudest cheer in LJ's hometown nonetheless, all eyes literally were on him. This can be looked up for yourself.
Notice how he adjusted he seating position and how his voice got emotional when he was about to start talking about Michael Jordan..... it's not a debate anymore.... he is the greatest of all time.....
LeBron is over Kobe man sorry. LeBron top 5 ppg regular season and playoffs. Kobe not top 10 in either. LeBron 4 finals mvps 4regular season mvps, Kobe 2 finals mvps and 1 regular season mvps in 20 YEARS. Kobe isn't even a top 5 Laker in honesty, media, idol worship and opinions rather than truth elevated Kobe in people's minds. Magic, Kareem, Wilt, Jerry West, Elgin Baylor all better Lakers than Kobe. Most missed shots in NBA history, guess who...Kobe. He was glorified volume scorer. Shooting percentage like Westbrook or westbrick, look it up. LeBron over kobe💯
@@dgpi504not even, 2 finals mvps and shot 6-24 in game 7 for one of those. Most overrated player and most missed shots in NBA history. Magic, Kareem,Wilt, Elgin Baylor, Jerry West rank above Kobe in Lakers history if you look at NUMBERS RATHER THAN OPINION. That's just the Lakers, definitely not top 10 in NBA history.
This is what it's about the respect and honoring the legends and idols that paved the way and be inspiring to be the best and or rather said give it your all at your calling your purpose expose your talents and be on that level and be self proclaime be one of the best to do it your way your style your distinctive sound and make your own IMPRINT on whatever genre and it's what I'm doing.
