Why exactly would the German immigrants leave one wartorn country in a civil war to just hop across the border and go to another country that was just engulfed in a civil war? It’s much more likely these German immigrants would’ve emigrated into Canada, giving the country a much higher population than it has today. Perhaps around 50 million~.

They wouldn’t do anything with it, and probably wouldn’t go into Siberia. They only conquered places that he’d important trade routes in which they could extract their riches made from the Silk Road. They wouldn’t bother to do anything with America because A. They had no means to do so B. The land would be seen as useless to them. There’d be nothing to gain from Alaska. No important trade routes, nothing. It would be a complete waste of recourses to build a large navy, travel the pacific, and subjugate backwards tribes in which they would gain little to no recourses from. If they did discover it somehow, they’d see it as some shitty arctic island and would move on with their day.

He would have to not die from cancer though. Tell me how you pull that off. That said, he would be more inclined to trust the communists so we could see some sort of social democratic republic of China, but it wouldn't really be that much stronger as it would gain not much international recognition or modern technology, not to mention the corruption within the KMT at the time would still be there. After WW2, America might be still skeptical of a left inclined democratic country so most of the remnants of history might still be the same, but with China's prosperity coming sooner than later. Its unlikely he wouldn’t be overthrown, but for the sake of the scenario (If we assume he didn’t die in 1915) he might have engaged in a war with the US following the Zimmerman telegram, and probably would have kick started a later Mexican revolution which would have been more fierce than seen in our timeline. Mexico even under Díaz didn’t have the population to sustain a war in the US and probably would have collapsed a few months after entering the war, due to them only having a meager force of around 25,000 compared to the American forces of 4 million. But yet again if he still died in 1915 or managed to win the revolution, Mexico would have undergone more economic development and could have maintained a slightly more positive relationship with the US (according to research). Really hard to tell since a revolution was already imminent since he had held the country for a very long time.
