I saw nobody just floop to the the ground after being blasted and lawn chairing! Nor did anyone walk into a wall for no reason then walk around the main character then talk to her while turned towards her without looking at her!Lol it wasn’t bad which is good! It means they have time to improve it hopefully 🤞

Id argue the mario and sonic movies being well done, and fnaf being a fun movie too, as for anything else? Yeah hoping for more passion projects like the fallout tv show and tlou series

@@jaxsgamesiguess9731 I think Mario and the first Sonic movie were just fine. The Mario one was way better than the one from the 90's. Maybe film studios are starting to realize that people are passionate about games, and that we want the film adaptations to be faithful to the games.

Ive grown up during the early years of online gaming (Halo 3, Team Fortress 2, etc) where people said the worst things possible to you on an open mic. Something like this wouldn’t even come close to making me have a mental breakdown :)

I've heard of that guy through a different channel. He's got some "interesting" opinions to put it kindly, hearing him talk about God of War Ragnarok was pretty surreal.

Dont worry, I found the whole thing humorous and if I ever did change my opinion I might just lean more negatively now that I’ve listened to other complaints about the show. Maybe I would have thought differently if the majority of the comments cared enough to defend the show with convincing arguments but, why do that when they can make the most milquetoast “arguments” that aren’t even true :)

I hoped I made it clear that I wasnt playing innocent when I talked about the dislike bar and said “Its fine if we disagree”. I just found it funny that people literally lied saying I hated it and took it personally or atleast thats the vibe some of those comments gave off. Also, you just did exactly what I briefly mentioned. It’s always about the views and controversy for some people rather than talking about what was said. Just wanting to express an honest opinion cant be the main focus apparently, it’s totally for views and nothing more :)

I gave my reasons as to why I thought it was okay, not sure what more you want from me. If I say “its dumb that the ghoul couldnt kill Maximus in episode two despite being fully capable of doing so (he did have that armor pericing round on his ammo belt, you can see it), he is a character who kills just about anyone regardless so why waste like 30 rounds doing nothing to him and goofing around? Seems lame af and is a clear sign of plot armor for Maximus” If you tell me “you’re a contrarian” as a defense for criticisms like that. I dont know man that comes off as more cringe to me if thats the best you got 🤷

Yeah, a lot of the criticism is more of the fact Todd said it was canon than with any real problems with the show. I give it a 5 at worst and a 7 at best.

I never said the show was “pretty good” though 🤔 I also, wasnt trying to set a purely positive tone either? Just an honest take dude and the issue I had was that people straight up lied claiming I hate the show despite saying I did not multiple times (obviously, they didnt watch the video) Im just saying… if saying a show is okay while giving some criticisms of it (along with some compliments) is equal to hating then I dont know what to tell people. We got different definitions of hate I guess 🤷‍♂️

Except the show isn't his son, he is simply expressing what HE thinks of it. He is not obligated by anything to give it "due credit". It doesn't matter whether it is the best "live action" show, being live action or animated doesn't give the creators a get out of jail free card for quality. All the points he brings up in his original video are completely valid criticisms. I agree with you that this is by far the best live action adaptation of any videogame franchise however, it is far from perfect and there isn't anything wrong with saying that.

Well… if we’re talking live action… Last of Us is better 👌 If we’re talking video game adaptations as a whole… Last of Us, Arcane and Cyberpunk are all above Fallout. You gotta chill out man, its fine if one person doesnt think your favorite show is the greatest show ever made. This “due praise” you keep talking about is making me laugh like Im obligated to say it’s amazing 🤣

You genuinely seem like you've drank the Bethesda Cool-Aid here mate. You can't say that Arcane doesn't count because it's not Live Action, both LOL and Fallout are Videogames, with no foot in Live Action, so drawing a comparison to them both being different fields is just silly. Fallout-TV is a 6/10 at best. The world looks amazing, it's gritty and funny and filled with a ton of Easter eggs for someone WHO HAS played all the games and read all the terminals and put over 1k hours into all the games. but some of the plot elements are staggeringly strange, the Brotherhood feels dramatically upside down and inside out. Maximus feels like he was written by a redditor who a big comedy jokebook out of 2007, and doesn't understand basic human interaction, and at times like an antagonist more than a companion to the story, not even able to explain what his peepee does, or talk to another human without seeming like a complete psychopath. it gives the "we trained him wrong as a joke" vibe. The Ghoul downright contradicts himself by not instantly killing Maximus in the first 30 seconds of that "fight" Stop trying to force your stupid opinion on Cube, Dust off your Funkopop collection, open the windows to let the stink out and maybe go outside and touch some grass.

@@AtsumiWarrior I ABSOLUTELY can say that it’s inaccurate to compare arcane with fallout… one uses REAL actors and a REAL set… and the other one is ANIMATED 🥴🥴🥴… those are 2 COMPLETELY different mediums of entertainment with animation having FARRR MORE creative capabilities than live action …. So you’re butthurt because you didn’t like the comedic stylings of Maximus … eventhough they STILL managed to nail the astetic of fallout in his mannerisms… I thought it was hilarious that he was oblivious to basic bodily functions since his whole life was dedicated to serving his brotherhood … it was even better that he started off as an asshole character that I hated to highlight the ability he had to make whatever decisions he wanted … and I will absolutely admit that there was a plot hole with the ghoul fight but if THATS all it took to knock your score down to a 6/10 … then your just as oblivious as dirtycube 🥴🥴🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

@@ddiondewitt369 I see that you enjoy the “you can’t include that because i don’t think it should count” argument. Very well, I’ll put forward The Last of us then. I genuinely loved that show, it not only completely deserved all its praise, but it did it following a story and built up a great real life world. Fallout does this, but the brotherhood of steel genuinely seems more like the enclave here than what they were in the previous games. Yes, In FO3 they are suddenly the “good boys” following Lyon, but in previous games they have been dicks with understandable goals. In this, they throw all that out the window killing a ton of NCR, when the primary antagonists IN CALI, are Cesar’s legion, fiends, super mutants and enclave. You know for damn sure they’d of tried to work out some kind of arrangement with the NCR, as they have in the past with many other settlements, not slaughtering the entire NCR in Cali. Could just be this sect that is corrupt, but it’s the first season and I’ll have to see what comes. And yes, I’m allowed to hate Maximus, he had a childhood, and friends and a family growing up, he wasn’t born in a dumpster. Nobody else in the Brotherhood seemed like they don’t understand the basic function of their own “Pimple”

Also, there are plenty of other channels who’ve been doing youtube for years who haven’t broken 1k and I wish them the best if their goal is to become “big”. Ive done it for less than a year and broke 1k not that Im gloating or care too deeply about that but are you going to mock those other channels as well should they ever express an opinion opposite to yours?
