The jewel orchid is an easy fix. Put it in one of your glass vases with potting soil (no drainage) and keep the soil consistently moist. NOT WET, moist. Like a regular house plant.

Nice update Michael! Are you giving your Paphiopedilum extra calcium? I've read that the mottled leaf type doesn't like extra calcium, and I know excess nutrients can cause necrosis in some orchids. Just an idea 🤗
