Did you have ACE installed?

Either bind them in your ACE3 control settings or use the self-interact menu (Ctrl windows) to bring it up under equipment.

When you say you can't get it to "work" please elaborate

I have The same problem I bound it to many keys none of them bring it up and it won't show in my interactions menu

Vojtěch Kučera you should be pretty bang on accurate. Check your zero at 100m... you usually have to zero for 100m for your rifle and scope. if you're consistently missing by the same amount of mils, then you know your zero is off.

I've noticed this as well, and I believe it's a bug in the current implementation of ATragMX for ArmA III. It *should* make a difference, and afaik Advanced Ballistics in ACE does those calculations, so it's something you should bring up with the mod creator on Armaholic (I'll do the same once I've had some sleep... been working all night). As to your second question, if they're modelled correctly they should be easy to find online. You only really need bullet data, and since the ATrag comes with pretty standard ammunition types I'm pretty sure you'll find the caliber you're looking for ... just look at your RHS guns and figure out what rounds they use (Advanced Ballistics supports RHS afaik). If it's a non-standard round, look it up. I have no idea if anyone's made a mod/map that lets you test fire your weapons and get muzzle velocity etc. Otherwise you'd have to pull that data from the mod, and I have no idea how you might do that. However, again... likelihood is, the ATragMX implementation at the moment has what you need in it already.

BWC Gwidion So I've stopped using the ATragMX in game for now while it's sorta broken. Switched to a ballistics calculator on my phone... using Strelok for Android, which is free (I believe there's an iOS version too). Tested Shooter, which has its upsides and downsides... but it costs $10 so I refunded it. Strelok is perfectly adequate for ArmA purposes and is more accurate at range than the ingame ATragMX right now, since it actually does atmospheric calculations right. By the way so you don't have to look it up, .408 Chey Tac data: Weight in grams: 27 Ballistic Coefficient: 0.949 Bullet Speed (m/s): 910.0

BWC Gwidion I tested the .338 and the modelling seems to be either off, or the rifle is imparting velocity on the round that wasn't there before (which I know they added in a patch some time ago). The round appears to be closest to the 250 grain Scenar with amped velocity (930m/s or thereabouts, if you nail it down, let me know) but I can't be certain. Maybe ask the creators of RHS? After testing the .408 is bang on accurate to the .408 Chey Tac's stats. Being my primary long-range weapon of choice, I'm glad that's at least solid.

No. To quote the creator of the mod: "The wind direction is relative to the direction of fire. If you shoot towards the north and the wind blows towards the west you enter 3. Because the wind is blowing from your 3 o'clock:" You can confirm this easily by opening the ATragMX in the game, setting the wind direction to 12, and increasing the wind speed value. You will get a higher mil-adjustment reading, since wind blowing FROM the 12 would slow down the bullet, causing more drop. You'll get the converse by setting wind direction to 6. Honestly my shots are probably low in the vid because I may not have adjusted for zero. It's been a long time since I made it, can't be sure.

By default, advanced ballistic is disabled I believe. You might be referring the advanced scope module.

Verdy Verdiansya Adv Bal is disabled by default. You have to put it into the mission file to enable it so you have nothing to worry about.

Honestly I'd help but I haven't had ArmA installed all year, kinda burned out on ArmA and probably won't return till ArmA 4 is a thing

@@TigrisGamingCML its all good I figured it out like 2 seconds afterwards. At this point I am just setting up my own ops in the eden editor. Thats what keeps me entertained. I am hoping they show off Arma 4 soon. This game is still fun so as long as Arma 4 starts off where 3 left off then it will be a good game.

I'd recommend going to the ACE 3 discord to ask in there. I haven't been on ARMA in a few years.
