It's my birthday today. Because I'm 100% alone, it's always a totally depressing day. When Arnold started to cuddle Lee on the hotel bed it made me smile so much, really for the first time today. Thank you so much for bringing a little happiness into my life! You're a wonderful man.
Happy birthday from two New Zealanders.. Please do something. even little, to make your day a bit more special. You've got thru another year.. Celebrate.. Yeeehaaaa. 🤗
The way he crawled up to cuddle, snugging right into Lees shoulder nook and giving his new dad a kiss. Sooooo sweet. Happy days for you, Arnie sweet boy!!
I guess my dog stole my heart i fight with my neighbour for the first time defending my dog for false accusation.. I really cant believe i fight with other for first time defending four legged dog.... I cant believe how he stole my heart without telling me the whole time🥰
For a split second I wondered, “Is Asher House taking in baby seals now?” What a sweet boy. He really won the jackpot being rescued by you. Good luck Arnold!
Bless you, Lee! You do so much for these animals and you bring so much joy and love to our lives by just sharing your life and animals with all of us. Sending you and all the animals so much love!! ❤️❤️❤️
@@Violet316 Im thinking you meant... If... If so I agree, given that will be a good sized dog and look pretty intimidating and the owner went to jail for a long time says maybe not such a good guy. So glad he now has a great home
It never ceases to amaze me how quickly these traumatized dogs immediately understand you are there to help them. And to give them all the love and attention they deserve. I sound like a broken record, but Lee Asher you have a gift beyond measure. And being even a minuscule part of the Asher family gives my often difficult life more joy than you might imagine. In that respect I KNOW I'm not alone 💜
I totally agree with you Violet, you are definitely not alone, in this world of sadness it is something to see someone being so happy and loving..it is wonderful to see the animals grow in all ways. So I am with you Violet it is a blessing to be a small part of this wonderful organisation. By the way... Merry Christmas Violet, I pray that next year will bring you many blessings..from a fellow dog lover🐕
Hi Lee, I mentioned to you a few months back that I applied for and was accepted as a Volunteer with the RSPCA (your SPCA equivalent) to foster lost and abandoned dogs - something you and your work inspired me to do. After training and passing certain necessary qualifications I am about to receive my first foster dog. A seven year old Staffordshire Cross whose owner recently passed away. Apparently the dog is fretting the loss and the RSPCA are concerned the dog may give up on life while residing in a pen and needs to be placed in a loving home environment urgently. I do the meet and greet later this week and provided the foster gets along ok with my own dog (a Cavador, named Chesnut), which I have no doubt that they will get along fine, I will bring my first foster dog home and give it the loving home environment it needs. While I do not have the wide open spaces that you have, I do live opposite a lake with a large park which I hope will be as much fun and exercise the foster as it is for Chesnut. I will keep the foster for as long as it takes to find the little guy his forever home - (failing that - I am sure that I will no doubt keep him). But, I wanted to let you know, if it wasn't for you, I never would have thought to do this and I really look forward to whatever the future brings. Thank you!
God bless and good luck! I'd love to do the same but I'm too old now and arthritic maybe next life? So I live vicariously through you and Lee and all others who are like you! God bless the rescuers 🙏❤️✨
LOL😂‼️ They're All Keepers❤️🥰‼️ I Couldn't Part With Any Of Those Beautiful, Gorgeous, Precious, Fur Babies‼️ I Know It's Hard Work And Costly, Feeding, Vet Visits, Especially When They Go Get Groomed😬
Another wonderful 🙌 Blessing! Thank you for giving Arnold an opportunity to live a life he never knew existed, until now! You continue to be an angel on earth, Lee. God Bless you. Each.And.Every.One.
Arnold is such a cutie pie!! He fits into the pack perfectly. You're an angel Lee, rescuing all these fur babies. Arnold will have the best life ever now.
I got my girl, Cleo 5 years ago now. I genuinely felt so bonded and connected with her that I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to attach easily to other pets. I was wrong, and the way you so effortlessly make these sweet angels fall into absolute comfort in your presence, is an amazing reminder. Your love is so abundant, why not share ❤️
Hello, Two months ago I had a three month puppy come onto my property. I’d been thinking about getting a puppy but was still heart sick since I had to have my thirteen year old rescued Shepard put to sleep. It’s one of the most difficult decision have ever made. Well, the dog belonged to a homeless man who later came looking for her. He was filthy dirty and could hardly afford to feed himself. So I offered him $100. to surrender the puppy. He took the money. He harassed me several times. He even sent the police to my house And, said I stole the dog! The puppy was sick and I ended up spending hundreds of dollars. I’m a widow and live alone, I got so attached to her. Named her Little Bit. Fast forward two months. The man came on my property and stole her from my backyard. The police are involved now and looking for this guy. I’m heartbroken over loosing her. If the lesson I leaned will help prevent anyone from this experience then maybe some good will come out of it. May never see her again. Will always look for her. I’ve always helped the homeless, but now I don’t trust any. Thank you to the officers who have followed up several times. Thank you for taking care of many animals who need you. Blessings 🙏
Thank you Sir for saving that beautiful soul. He is such a sweetheart and has absolutely beautiful markings! You and your team are amazing! The pack is looking great!
The pattern is called - dapple - he's a designer dog - bred for his fancy coat ....he is gorgeous & unusual . rescue well done - what a bundle of lovable puppalla ! 🐾☮
My husband and I just lost our 13-yo Shar Pei this week. :( This video made me both smile and cry. Liam (our Shar Pei) was also a rescue and came to us at 5-yo weighing 23 pounds because he was being starved and left out in the weather. We miss him so badly, but we decided that we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Their happiness is worth the world and you bring so many so much happiness. Thank you.
There is another very deserving pup that would love you to bits. You can never replace one, of course. Each of mine has been a unique personality that I loved all their life and will miss them for the rest of mine... but I hope my heaven is the rainbow pack that I had over the course of my life there to greet me. 🌈 🐶. My condolences to you and your husband for your loss. Loving a new friend (when you're ready) doesn't take any love away from the dear friend you just lost. ❤
@@mel720 I would go right now, my husband needs a bit longer to grieve. We have 3 other furbabies ad are concentrating on giving them as much love as possible because they also are missing their brother.
I just reliezed that the last paragraph makes it sound as if I am not still grieving while my husband is. This is not the case at all, I am simply aware that I will be grieving for the remainder of my life, so, no sense if holding back the love I have to give.
@@MyzchyffeMakaer I understand. My husband is very much the same. He needed more time. I also grieve hard, but somehow having a new (or old- but new acquaintance) life to care for helps me. It reminds me to cherish every moment, and dogs are such great livers of life. I hope my comment didn't seem presumptuous or obnoxious, because I didn't mean it that way. Losing a friend that close to you deserves time... a pause to fully feel it. Wishing you both (and your fur family) all the best and when it's time, you'll know. The sweet paw prints that your friend left in your hearts and souls will remain. 🌈 ❤ 🙏
The first of a lifetime of sweet Arnold aka Duke puppy kisses, and one from the heavens from your sweet Sammy boy. You deserve this sweet joy Lee , love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I totally agree with this comment 100% - Thanks so very much Lee for saving another Sweet Angel - Arnold is going to be another Lee success story - much Love and Prayers to you Lee, the Asher House Team, all the doggies, cats, birds, and farm animals - take care of one another, stay well, and stay warm.
Man you’re an absolute saint, the love and patience you have for all these dogs is incomprehensible thank you so much for being such a kind and loving person
I would say or think "Oh my gosh!" myself. What an adorable face and a cute little pup! Glad you got him so young that whatever displacement he went through, it didn't affect him much. He will grow up happy and healthy under the love and good care at the Asher House. You've made good for another being.
Lee you are an Angel for everyone , your smile when you get the animals , it is awesome . You all shine like Stars, give so much . Love it Hugs and kisses 😘🤗
Well that was easy. He loves you instantly and gets along with the whole pack. He's just a pup. What kind of dog is that anyway? What a skin head! lol So cute.
What a sweet, precious little boy 💙 He is so beautiful with those markings. What kind of dog is he? I'm so grateful to you Lee for rescuing him and giving him the love and happiness he deserves.
Ahh bless Arnold..and you Lee.. hope he is ok health wise.. he clearly enjoyed your night time cuddle .. and he and Poppy especially hit it off straight away..he will flourish so quickly with you and the pack..bless you Lee for giving this cutie a good life with you all.🇬🇧💞✝️🙏🐾🐾🐕👍👏👏

That poor little guy, looks like he's had such a rough start. I'm so glad you have him. He's probably eaten some bad stuff & lo quality food. Sweet boy. He'll love your place!!!! He wanted to cuddle as close to you as possible. ❤️🥰 Awwww, Pom (always one of my favs) was first to greet him!!!
Arnold is precious!!! Poppey has really grown and seems to have really taken an interest in Arnold. I am a basset hound owner, so I just love seeing Poppey and hear her barking!! Lee, you are an angel to all of these sweet furbabies!!!
Seeing beautiful boy Arnold completely trust you right away after all he has been through is such food for the soul. Thank you for rescuing him and sharing his journey with us. The way you love your fur babies is the way we should love all humans and fur creatures - you teach us how to be in the world Lee, thank you.
Awww Sweet baby Arnold 🥰 That wittle baby is going to be a big wittle baby 🥰😍❤️ You're the best Lee! This sweet fella is going to have the life he deserves
Arnold has got to be the cutest thing ever!! he is going to be a big boy when he grows up. thank you Lee for taking in this sweet adorable boy. I am sure that his original dad will be grateful knowing that his baby is now safe and living the life of luxury in your beautiful dog sanctuary.
Can't help but wonder what kind of life Arnold had before now. What's for sure is that his life just got hugely upgraded, regardless, cuz there's no place better than with Lee.
Oh my gosh! He felt so secure with you right away Lee. He adopted you as much as you adopted him❤ God bless you and so you do for these beautiful animals 💞
He's gorgeous he will have his best life ever, our first Staffordshire bull terrier was called Arnold, he was 14 when he passed we still talk about him ❤️
That’s what I’m wondering. We had one before and we’re getting one just like this guy next weekend. This little guy doesn’t have a docked tail like most Corsos do though
I had a rescue corso and yes, I believe he is either one or a mix with one. That distinctive white chest patch is big tell on being a corso. They are such amazing and devoted pups! He is a beauty regardless of his breed.
I love the fact that all your dogs love to snuggle with you because they know they’re safe and loved. I’ve only seen one other person who had that ability, my mom. Unfortunately she is no longer with us, yet I love your videos and I watch them when I can. Thank you.
You are so AMAZING .. your Love for all animals is beyond precious .. this little guy is a beauty you got 🐾🐾🖤 he is in the best place now and so wonderful to see how the pack loves him 🥰🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
Fantastic video great to see these animals live in peace and love you was put onto this earth to be their Angel and your helpers bless you lots and hugs and kisses for all these animals.
this wonderful roly-poly little lovedove just attached his umbilical cord to you immediately. He looked like he was having a party of 2 and then went on to have a giant party. Such an innocent little soul. Thank you so much for bringing him home.
Sunday is Funday!! He's dealing well with the sudden absence of his owner, and loves his new surroundings. Welcome to Doggie Heaven on Earth Arnold!! 🙂🙂🙂
I honestly don’t know who’s more lucky… that beautiful furbaby or you! I wish all people realised how precious animals are, especially how precious dogs are! I’d love nothing more but to be able to adopt and rescue dogs who desperately deserve a life filled with love, compassion and respect ❤❤❤
