if I recall correctly, the "Gni'kiv medallion" and the dwarf npc's are an easter egg of the "lost vikings game (1992)". they share the same names as the characters in the lost viking game and gni'kiv is just viking backwards

But Asmongold, if they're going to put more RPG mechanics into new dungeons like there were in BRD, then how are they gonna make it streamlined enough for Mythic+? You're forgetting that WoW is apparently an esport, not an RPG.

Lol since the items are shared among the group, my first time doing Zul Farrack i ran up the stair and rung the gong unaware of what would happen. The boss came up from the water so i can only assume that the group leader had obtained the mallet before hand

I've never actually heard anyone besides Asmon say they liked BRD. It was almost universally hated when I was playing back in vanilla, BC and wotlk. It took forever to get to, even with a lock, you'd get pvp ganked every single time getting in, the dungeon was laid out completely stupidly, was confusing, and was far, far too lengthy. God help you if you need to do a corpse run. Oh, and that stupid candle room (lyceum?) was the death of all pugs. And of course everyone had shitloads of quests in BRD so you HAD to run it. Just awful.

Druids are NOT mitigation tanks mconnel and they were the worst aoe tanks but with the shout hotfix are now second for aoe tanking to paladins.....but u know asmon and mconnel played vanilla as a druid dedicated tank it's super annoying when dps or other tanks dont know about ur ability to tank and what ur good at and not good at do some research it's not hard

Keys make no sense in an rpg like WoW lorewise.. So it's good that Blizzard removed them, because let's be honest, if WoW was real, the tank in the group would just break down any door or gate by ramming their head into it or smash their big axe into the lock...
