Astral Projection - S2 - Connecting to Someone
This track will guide to connect to someone in the astral realm, be it a deceased loved one, a deity, a god or goddess, an ET, an enlightened master or just a friend. The method used here is relaxation, as you relax further and further, mind and body, at a certain point you will feel your astral body being pulled out of your body. Try to not react and stay relaxed as it happens. It will happen on it's own.
Use this recording in the following way. Put an alarm in the morning 2 hours before you plan to wake up. Then play this recording on low volume and head back to sleep. My voice will come in and gently guide you towards Astral Projection. The track contains a 432Hz based theta (4hz) binaural beat that further helps you to relax.

I’ve been using this every night to connect to someone who is across the country from me, I love it. I also find that when I’m astral projecting I have a stronger ability to speak to animals (I have that when I’m awake too, like I understand what animals are trying to say, it’s just stronger when I’m in that state sometimes)

I have started meditating to try and connect to my son who passed away 3 months ago. I have struggled as I cannot "visualise" at all. All I see is darkness and I cant seem to use my imagination. However I found this brilliant for me! I did not astral project but I felt like I had a connection with my son. Felt him touching my hair and my face. The 2 hours went by so quickly.

I had to leave a comment. Every single time I would relax his voice caused a jump scare. I tried twice! I really wanted this to work. But! Take us to the moment of deep relaxation and let us go!!! Stop interrupting the process. 20mins tops with guidance. You want us to not control! Stop controlling us every step of the way!! If this one doesnt work please dont get discouraged ppl. I was doing the exact same thing. I would start ascend then his voice would make me jump, even though I new it was coming. I found myself becoming a little agitated. But eventually after he stopped talking. I could not feel by body an after fell a sleep. I agree, if he could just get us to that point and fade away this would be even more effective. Overall, its does get the job done......just a little less stimulation of my nervous system would induce a more intense desired outcome.

I used it again early this morning (2:30am), I was in a state for an hour and a half, going into the light, seeing entities, out in an open field lifting off. I've tried others, none can compare to this particular astral projection video. For me I need just the right amount of physical exercise that day and the right amount of sleep before attempting (to keep from falling into deep sleep). I got this to work two weeks ago and my activity/sleep pattern lined back up again and it worked like a charm.

I had a dream conversation with the person I intended to, and I bumped into another friend (let's call him S), in the same dream. I wake up this morning and don't remember a thing. It takes me a while to recollect the details. Much later, I check Facebook and it turn out it's S' birthday! And I'd already had a warm conversation with him in my dream. I don't know if the original intention of the dream communication was fulfilled. In the sense, I don't have material proof. But now I don't need it. I know it happened.

Oh my word, I listened to this last night and I fell into a deep sleep. I had an amazing dream about my SP. We arent on good terms at the moment and it is a LDR. My dream was filled with love, we laughed, we got on so well. we were vibing on the same frequency. Things were like normal. I woke up feeling.filled with hope and love for this man, my feelings of being inadequate and being unloved had disappeared. Do you think he dreamt the same dream? I hope he woke up feeling like I do. What we have is too valuable to throw away.

I noticed that when I began relaxing many of times my heart starts pounding and wants me to breath lol but finally I found a technic when I gently move my eyes side to side with eyes closed I get more relaxed and it takes my focus off everything else... But it felt great and like a great shift to astral few times though my legs started to feel like they were so relaxed but inflamed and ready to explode crazy feeling that's when I affirmed I'm embodied now... Gave up! I'll try another time though.. Amazing and most shifting and relaxing video yet otherwise! Ty💖💜

I only managed to Astral twice before and it's been over 2 years since the last time, I tried ear Monk's Astral Projection S1 two nights ago, but I believe I was too tired and fell asleep, but last night around 12AM I tried S2 and I was off in another world, IT WORKED ! I did this today. It was going well but all of a sudden, I jerked up and my heart was racing so fast I thought I’d die in that moment. I closed my eyes until my heart settled and I tried it again. The second time I tried it, I couldn’t move…I was out of my body but I could only look up at the ceiling.

Last night i listened to this for the first time, i fell asleep, and had an out of body experience, i got scared at woke up right were it said do react, do not have a reaction, so i just stayed there in bed eyes opened in Shock. So, I had not been able to Astral project in a very long time but tried this a week ago and wow! I was literally flying around the universe. I saw these beautiful planets and then the Aliens. This is what I wanted to do and it was amazing. I tried it last night and my experience was different. I saw these two beautiful women in the sky, gigantic in size, wearing all white and telling me something. I couldn't figure out what they were saying but I asked them to give me an upgrade in my life. Then I saw a young child speak and all she told me was to not ignore the popular kids on RU-vid or something like that. It was weird but I like this video. I even found myself under water watching people swimming... almost like remote viewing.

I fell asleep to this and I actually did connect to the person that I've been wondering about and I was able to remember some things from a dream that were significant. As soon as I got up I was able to just hurry up and type it on my phone so that I won't forget but it worked the first time I looked at the video. This is my first time trying this type of meditation. I just woke up like around 5:00 something in the morning like wow I did it. And now I'm about to do it again.

After reading some of these comments, might I suggest that before trying this, please "cleanse" your home and have a grounding stone near you. Also have some form of protection. Tonight was my first night trying this, it randomly popped up on my feed. I had just cleansed ironically. I have my grounding and protection stones on/near. It worked for me. Night #1: I had a dream with him in it, idk if it worked but it felt real. Last time we spoke was 4 weeks ago and I just want my bsf back. In the dream, he came back saying how he wasn’t liking that we weren’t speaking to eachother anymore and if we can keep in touch again, I was okay with it and was talking to him how we should catch up on all the things we used to do together. Sadly I woke up to my fcking cat dropping the mf TV. Night #2: nothing.. Night #3: nothing again but mainly bc I couldn’t focus on it BUT he unblocked me today

Update: sorry I came back to this video all late, if you’re doing this for a certain person, I’d say go for it carefully. I stopped doing after hearing it causes sleep paralysis. But I did a lot more things to bring back that certain bsf but also focus on my own doings and after 3 months, he’s back with me

I’m just gonna say that this works!!!! I tried it for the first time this morning and at first it was kind of difficult because relaxing and banishing away the thought that come through is kind of tricky but I did it .... at the end of the recording I felt like I was leaving my body I felt like floating but I didn’t see anything like I was with my eyes closed and I got scared and asked to go back to my body .... I will try it again tomorrow morning and maybe prepare myself more so I can actually travel a go somewhere but I did left my body I felt the detachment of it and the tingly ness all over my body I felt like floating ... it’s powerful !!! This is gonna sound crazy. I tried this. I don’t remember any bit of it because I fell asleep. HOWEVER, when I fell asleep I spoke with and connected with my deceased grandfather and it was so beautiful 😍❤️ the dream was beautiful and it felt so real. What's up with all of the negative comments below? This worked for me. My intention was to connect to someone, and I did. I also believe that I was able to find where the connection was blocked, and what needed to be done to unblock these energies. I've been meditating constantly for over a year now, perhaps it is the practice that makes the difference. The music is perfect and instruction just right. Be patient. It works.

I did this session last night and i have to comment about what i experienced. I felt a weird sensation that i can remember being a buzzing sound in my head and a bizarre feeling about my body. I practiced what you suggested which was don't get nervous or scared when it begins to happen because i did not want to wake but i unfortunately woke up. I did not see anything so I dont think i was in it long enough to experience the full effects of this however I am going to continue to try because what i expereinced last night was bizarre yet exciting.

I vibrate and get sleep paralysis sometimes when doing this forcing me to wake up. But when that doesn't happen it works.

I appreciate your work. Thanks for putting this together. I would like to just point out something I imagine it could benefit the process, and its that I realized that you used several times the words STOP and DON‘T which to my opinion could be replace for a more transitional set of words, more positive, as it is already a task to get us in the right spot. I just had the feeling, every time you said STOP, that I actually have to stop the state I was going in to, till I heard the rest of the sentence, but as this state is so vulnerable and fragile, I wouldn’t start a command sentence with a negative like STOP or DON’T. Aaa and I also imagine you could deepen and smooth your voice a lil more as you guide 🤍 Hope you find this comment useful. Love to you.

Agreed. It started working really fast but I kept getting scared out of the state I was in when yelled (at least it felt like a yell) “stop” or “don’t” and then I had to keep starting over. I finally got tired of it and quit and tried another video.

This proves that guided videos are not for me.. I'd rest and 2 seconds later be brought back out of it because of speaking.. A human voice grounds me in the present moments.. I wish I was able to give this a go.. Maybe later on my journey, I wont be so easily thrown off.. Thanks for making this video none the less.

I woke abruptly to “stop” at 5am. Was dead asleep prior not long into the video. It was 3/4 done when this happened. Woke up feeling so refreshed. Deep sleep didn’t wake once. Any insight to why the wake up and to the words “stop”? TIA, was awesome

i just did this, i couldnt feel my body anymore and i was going down a long tunnel like on the credits on dr who, it was all different colours and in some parts just black then back to the tunnel in lots of colours, i then couldnt feel myself breathing anymore and i was weightless like i was traveling through space, then i paniced and came out of it

It works for me, i Astral Projected out of my body but i didn't connect to the person i thinked of. I just left my body and i swoosh all over the room. Warning for first timer, Don't try to go further when it's your first time. Your Breath might get slower or even worst it'll stop

How do I stop falling asleep 😱 I've been trying to get into the hypnogagic state on purpose for like 20 years. It only happens by accident and sitting up just makes me wake up with a sore back 🙃 someday I'll make sense of the random vortex behind my eyes that opens up to random places. I did this.. and I’m genuinely surrounded by ghosts or spirits whatever you want to call them.. and I did it for 10 mins and a spirit woke me up and jerked my body and I felt like I was being watched but I still continued and not even a minute later a dark dark cloud or shadow was hovering over me staring down at me while I was in paralysis mode. And before you even say anything I do not use anything to protect myself anymore because it happens too often now. And I honestly don’t know what to do.

This was my first experience with leaving my body and it was very scary. To tell u the trust I didn't think this would work. It was so intense that I made myself com out of it. Once I came out of it I continued to lay there and it happened again. Wow I'm blown away. Plz someone tell me is everyone effected like this ? I couldn't imagine doing that for any length of time like I said scary and I wasn't sure where I was and what was going to happen. I did notice some dark spirits coming up along side of me and I said thus alittle too much for my 1st time

Just focus on good things, loving kind and beautiful and then your experience will be such as well. That's how it works. You are home there, you are in the spirit world and that's where you belong. Nothing scary about it, on the contrary it's the best place to be
