I wish you the best in the military! By the way, I structure my videos to include easy, medium, and hard questions in every video. In my opinion, it helps people get ready for the test in the shortest amount of time possible!
You are the best teacher out there for ASVAB. I was worried I won’t make it. But 22 days of studying your videos and practice.. I passed with 88. Appreciate you sir
I test Monday I’m so scared I’ve been trying to pass this test over a total of 9 years with taking breaks in between . I’m 28 years now and I hope I pass this go round . Keep me in your prayers I need this ❤
Hey grammar hero! I just took my test 30 minutes ago and I wanted to mention how much your videos has helped me obtain the score I did! I went from a 26 to a 70! Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into these! I couldn’t have done it without you. :)
@@Scrub_Lord-en7cq Generally speaking, they studied at least a little bit. If you're really good at math, you can get ready for the test within a week or two.
Hey just wanted to say this helped my math alot from being away from high school for 2 almost 3 years now trying to pass the test wish me luck thanks for your great teachings
Grammar hero , I wanna say thank you for the past 30 days I've been studying your Mk videos and AR videos I took my ASVAB test Friday and I passed on my second Try I ship out, early July thank you again your the best of the best !
Thank you so much grammar hero you truly are a hero!!! Helping me prepare for my asvab I’ve scored a 90 on my practice test by studying with you as my teacher.
The third time I took the asvab I scored an 11. The one thing I want to do more then anything is to join the national guard as of right now I have 5 months to buckle down and study so I can fulfill my dream. Thank you for making these videos.

@@kaliabrown666 I got a 62 and ironically most of the math was just percentages so thanks to these videos I breezed thru them. The electric part was the annoying one.
What's up grammer hero. Just passed the Picat with a 55 an verified it. First time ever taking the tests. Failed math every year of my life so thank you for the help ! Its much appreciated
Congrats! If you got a 70 on the PiCAT, then you should be good to go! Just keep in mind that, sometimes, they will randomly make you take the full ASVAB, even if you do really well on the verification test. If that happens to you, you should use it as an opportunity to score even higher. Good luck!
Man I have to be honest I’m not good at math, but watching you explain it is really making it so much easier. Im taking my ASVAB Friday I have been studying but I’m still nervous wish me luck 👍🏽
Grammar hero! Firstly, thank you for your videos, they have been an amazing help! Question on Topic: Evaluating Expressions, minute 43 Wouldn't -6^2 equal positive 36, making the problem (25+36)^2? Since you have -6^2, isn't that equal to positive 36?
If you read the equation, it is minus 6^2. 5^2 minus 6^2 = 25 - 36 = -11. I hope that helps you understand it better, and good luck! By the way (-6)^2 = - 6 x - 6 = 36
Hi! I had a question so on minute 20 question 5……… 3x was converted into 4x because since x was alone you could add one right ? Sorry i don’t know if that makes sense
.Hallo! Love your videos. I am wondering about question 11 at 45:22 x=-100 but when pluged in the answer is 26. for ex x/5+6=14 {x=-100} 100/5+6=26. I wanted to know if using PITA would work in that instance if not how would we check that answer.
Thanks a million. I feel a great deal more prepared to face the ASVAB and math I haven't used in many years or ever seen before (like Factorials). I'm saying what the hell is a Punctuation mark next to a number?!?!?😆
Take as many practice tests in my ASVAB/PiCAT Math Boot Camp playlist as you can: ru-vid.com/group/PLhlU-GzAQeG2ete7N8QjR2dDN_CaIH67z Good luck! Don't stress it. It isn't too hard of a test! Happy holidays!
@@ogsaga6493 It will be easier for people who score low, and it will be harder for people who score high. These are the fundamentals that you have to know to pass, though!
Watch grammar hero. Figure out way to do it faster bc it is timed test and and don’t be scared it’s way easier than what yu think. Which is why I like grammar hero bc here the questions are harder but when it was time to test I think exactly what to do !
I will take my test in two weeks, hoping these videos will help simplify math, it's not my strong sute, though I am going in for 11B so I just need to do well enough to retain the information
currently on this video in the playlist. ive been studying your math guides, especially word problems and im going through them pretty well. also got the answers right to all of this
Hey GH, i took the asvab twice already and failed. i was suggested to come to you to study but i don't know how long should i study for. I am a high school graduate that just graduated in 2023. so if u have any advice please let me know.

@@jeromemauricio82 I got an 11, might join the navy but I’ve always wanted to do army infantry so I might just wait the 6 months, not sure yet. Good luck!
I would start with my math boot camp playlist, and as you go through those practice test questions, I would go through the playlists for the topics you struggled with. For instance, if you struggled with distance, rate, and time, I would find that playlist and go through it. And if you struggled with solving equations, I would go through that playlist. Again, the ASVAB is a review of what you should have learned in middle school and high school. You shouldn't need a full course on Algebra to pass the test!
@@GrammarHero thank you! It been a while since I’ve been in high school. but I’m confident with a few weeks of consistent study and dedication I will improve in math. Think a month would be good time with daily Studying.
What does one perosn to of a score to pass for aviation mechanic I think 15b I just wanna do something with my life with planes but this stuff is so freaking hard been years since I was in school

Honestly, if you want to improve your knowledge as quickly as possible, I would focus on my "Shorts" videos. In those videos, I cover just about everthing you need to be successful on the math sections of the test! After that, I would move on to my Math Boot Camp playlist. Good luck!
I just took my picat practice test and got a 30% and they told me to come back next month I'm kinda feeling bad now it was the math section that killed my score tbh if I did better at the math I'd prob have a 37 score
Got a 68.8% On this pausing before you explained each one. Should have been a 75% but 2 of the questions I missed, Ihad correct, but second guessed myself last second and changed it the answer.
I'm scared for tomorrow I have to take the asvab test but from your help I know now how to do long division and subtract but I feel like I need to study a little more do you have any recommendations for me.
If you go through all of my short videos (i.e., 100 of them; 60 seconds each for a total of 100 minutes (1 hour and 40 minutes)), you'll be better prepared than you are now! Good luck!
I have a video where I solve equations by using nothing but the answer choices: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OWls9Xu8Hn4.html Equations are EASY!
If you can't learn this on your own, you need one-on-one tutoring, not a class. This is middle school and beginning high school math. If you failed to learn this then, you should not have a high school diploma/GED and be ineligible for service.
Right now, the best free resource for SAT/ACT prep is the Khan Academy. They offer 5 or more full-length practice tests, and they also do video walkthroughs. Here is the website: www.khanacademy.org/SAT
Im going special forces 18x contract. I got 99 on Piccat. I didnt believe it. I know I got some arithmetic reasoning problems wrong. I got the asvab for dummies book and its really good. I take verficiation in 2 weeks. Im going to keep studying though. Im more nervous now.🤣
@@GrammarHero Im pretty good at math knowledge. I sweat they never taught me how to do math problems at my highschool. I went to a top 3 school in my state.
