•300g Water
•250g Bread Flour
•250g Semolina Flour
•5g Dried Yeast
•5g Sugar
•10g Salt
•30g Olive Oil
•150g Boiled Potatoes
•300g Peeled Tomatoes
•Olive
•Salt
•Oregano
Bake at 250°C (482°F) for 20 minutes.
