In this video, I'll be taking you through all the steps of what a standard back & bis day looks like for me.
Feel free to take a screenshot of the workout diagrams included in the video right before the workout starts and also at the very end of the workout.
This workout is perfect for those of you who are pretty comfortable at the gym and simply just need a good workout idea to jump into the next phase of your fitness journey!

Of course, most importantly, never forget that your fitness goals are fueled also through your nutrition, so always remember to stay consistent with both your nutrition & training.

COMPLETE BACK & BIS WORKOUT:
Foam Rolling: 5-15 minutes
1) Assisted Pull/Chin Ups | 4x12
2) V-Bar Pulldowns | 4x12
3) Seated Cable Rope Rows | 4x12
4) Bent-Over Landmine Barbell Rows | 4x12
5) Incline DB Curls | 4x12
6) Spider Curls | 4x12
7) Hercules | 4x12
8) Cable Bicep Curls Drop Set:
a. Use a weight a little heavier than you'd typically use x AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)
b. Decrease the weight x AMRAP
c. Decrease the weight again x AMRAP
d. Rest for 2 minutes
Repeat a-d for a total of 3x.

I know this is a weird thing to comment on - but I really appreciate the fact that you blur out the people in the back!!! I get distracted easily but I also always think about the fact that I would not be comfortable making an appearance in someone else's YT vid. That's so considerate!

I’ve been way too intimidated by the pull up/chin up machine at my gym - a tutorial on form would be a massive help. Your leg workout videos have made me so much more confident with those machines!

Foam rolling 5-15 min Pull/chin ups- 4X12 V bar pulldowns- 4X12 Seated cable rope rows- 4X12 Landmine barbell rows- 4X12 Incline DB curls- 4X12 Spider curls-4x12 Hercules-4X12 Cable bicep curls- 4X max reps (decrease weight progressively)

You made the chin ups look so easy, I went in so confidently I couldn't even do one hahaha 😅 Update: I was doing it wrong, you are suppose to set the weights to the highest to support your body..the lighter the weights the more difficult it get.

Did most of this workout today ( only the machines) and omg thank you sooo much !!! I'm pretty new to the gym and your videos are so helpful!! I was able to to the Hercules next to the big guys on "that side" of the gym.

Yes, please do a tutorial on correct form for chin ups. I love how you explain stuff, you have such a great tutorial channel. Also would love to hear you explain how to determine correct weight on machines, numbers of sets and reps 🙏❤️

I could only do 7 ups. I started heavy and lightened the weight. For us the machines are easier the heavier.

@@sean.momentum Doing very well! I started around 120-125 lbs for pull ups and now im at 115lbs. I still do 7 but Ive been able to lessen the weight. I could probably do more pull ups if I put the weight at where I first started but once I can do 7 comfortably, I lessen the weight and start over.

@@HerSZN_ That;s amazing progress! Doing more reps with the same weight is the true sign of progress. I'm so glad your realise that too, people sometimes forget to see those acheivements! Is the next goal a full pull-up :D?
