I would’ve been fine with them insulting George Clooney’s Batnips or Batass, but insulting Adam West is the equivalent of stomping on an exposed land mine with very heavy boots!

Everyone in this show is a lesbian, including the male characters. They just didn't figured it out yet.

Dont know what i enjoy more, seeing thorias destroy batwoman or seeing a man go through the various stages of dante's inferno, suffering to no end.

So... all they needed to do was have a woman on her period go into the woods and have the blood hit the ground in order to get the desert rose flower... what? Also, if Ryan had a few hours left then Sophie could have ran down and grabbed some flowers and stuffed it into Ryan's mouth, it looked to me like some of the flowers didn't get caught in the fire yet so grab some and haul ass out of there.

Pain and hate may fuel amusement, but it is a bitter mercy of a foul poison.

The only way I could believe that these flowers could heal anything ranging from stab wounds, Kryptonite poisoning and cancer would be if they were grown using the rejuvenating waters of the Lazarus Pit. Too bad the writers aren’t that smart. See how easy that would be!?

Wow I always knew this show would never portray a competent male villain but I always thought they would put more effort in their female villains. Well this episode proved we wrong. Tatianna is suppose to be an all powerful assassin but she's hasn't been in any big fight and always gets beaten and is a jaded lover. Safiaya who is suppose to be the big bad of the season was suppose to be some evil master mind but instead is also a jaded lover who basically runs a lesbian harem. and the female assassin do I even need to say anything with how easily she went down? She was also probably a jaded lover

It's funny how I never had any interest in this show, yet I haven't missed a single one of your reviews. Very good job. Keep it up.

My theory for season 2 when ruby rose left was that Kate would get injured and get an ass-mask, thus explaining why she would look different. I guess I wasn’t too far off.

This show is not for normal people or comic fans. Its a psycho oriented program. Thats why you cannot understand it. In the Rainbow world all of this makes perfect sense.

The issue isn't how bad the show is, plenty of terrible shows over the years. The issue is that it's allowed to keep going. It's got to be a money pit yet they locked in a 3rd season?? The insanity is mind boggling.

So, the new Kate Kane will be several inches taller than the pre-crash Kate Kane? LOL

Thorias was so red at the end he almost started turning purple. My God I feel so bad for him. But at least it looks like Season 3 is going to be cancelled. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, Thorias. Stay strong, its almost over.

Ryan has met Kate - Batwhamen 'saved' her on an earlier episode before Ryan learned to be a magical ninja.

I totally laughed my butt off when Thorias when off on the writers about the shark repellent disrespect directed toward Adam West.

I always knew that they would do one of three things: try and convince Ruby Rose to come back for the finale to properly hand off the role, kill off her character permanently and definitively so Ryan could go into the third season as her own character, or recast Kate Kane so as to not blow the buildup the season's been doing since it started. Well, they clearly didn't think the first option was worth doing, so they decided to smash the other two options together. It low key bothers the hell out of me that they didn't just recast Kate Kane from the beginning. I mean, when they recast Rhodey in Iron Man 2, they not only didn't make a big deal out of it, but they made an actual joke out of it. But I guess building up a storyline that wasted half the season and ultimately went nowhere was what they wanted to do more. 🙄 And now that I think about it, teasing the return of Kate in this episode was akin to building up the Higher Power guiding the Ministry of Darkness as something big, only to then reveal that it was Vince McMahon all along...only not nearly as well. I could only imagine Caroline Dries going "You all bought it hook, line and sinker!"

It looks like they actually had more spite for Ruby Rose than the audience for a change since they re-cast Kate as soon as Ruby Rose opened up to the possibility of coming back to the show.

Am I the only one who likes how Thorias' hair looks this week? Reminds me of Hugh Grant in the Doctor Who "Curse of Fatal Death" Comic Relief skit.

Good idea sending Luke to deliver the info and confirm that he's working with Batwoman. It's not like the Crows are led by a grieving father who *might* have serious questions for him about where the hell his daughter is and why she was running around Gotham with military grade hardware... immediately after taking control of her cousin's company, no less.

This show has no concept of time; Safyah sent her goons to Rome, they tracked down Ocean, then brought him back to an island in the middle of the mediterranean in well under 24 hours. Also, Jacob and Sophie didn't think to tie up the assassin lady they had to beat up in order to escape? Also, also, Safyah and her cult of simps don't seem to be particularly worried that they have two escaped prisoners wandering around the island?

Ryan-Wgat are we gonna do!? Have TWO Batwoman's? Miles-You know it actually works out if you're not unbearable.

You’re right that logic and reason went out the window with this show. They can’t even stay consistent in the same episode. I told one of my friends that the writing could improve by having chimps type on a typewriter but they couldn’t afford good writing. I knew Kate could not be dead even if Ruby Rose did not come back to the show because you can’t let the gay person die on a TV show anymore. Plus they have made this whole season all about Kate so she was coming back sometime this season.

Wait... why is she hiding in the sewers of Gotham with a jacked up face? Doesn't that one chick that isn't actually a doctor but knows more than every doctor on the planet combined know her personally and would gladly welcome her and help her? Oh, right... we aren't supposed to think about it just like the writers don't think at all.

I was pretty much yelling at the screen "Don't you dare do it!" when they mentioned that the assassin who attacked Mary and Luke had bled over Ryan's plant. I just knew the bullshit that was coming. And I have to say, that's some of the biggest bullshit I've ever seen. The writers continue to astound me by topping their own stupidity. The sad part is that they probably thought this plot twist was clever. The other thing that pissed me off was... how does Safiya have this massive information network while living on a remote island that nobody is allowed to leave? How does she even know where Sophie is to kidnap her? And how do people even contact Safiya if there's no technology? And why on an island with no electronics the thing they do use is electronic handcuffs? How would they charge them? And how would Luke even know the handcuffs were electronic in the first place, or what electronics the island has? And why would electronic handcuffs automatically open if the power died? Isn't that a terrible precaution for something that's meant to hold prisoners? One dead battery and suddenly your prisoner is free? Then there's the timing issue...They set a timer for Ryan: about 24 hours before she dies. So Ryan goes to Coriana, gets captured, tells Safiya about fake Ocean, then Safiya somehow gets instructions to her people in Gotham to find Ocean, Safiya's people find real Ocean (who is in hiding because of Alice's ruse) then capture him and bring him to Coriana, Ryan escapes, and Ryan somehow manages to get back to Gotham to get the flower... all in under 24 hours? Does Coriana have regular flights leaving for Gotham? Hell, even if Coriana was just off the coast of Florida and had a regular airport this timing would probably still be nearly impossible. Add to the fact that Coriana is supposed to be this remote island that's hard to get to, and it becomes laughable.

These reviews are so much better than the actual show.

I was just about to settle down this evening (🇹🇼 time) and enrich my time reading "Jane Eyre." Then😮😁, I saw Thorias has a new Batwoman episode review. Miss Eyre will have to wait.

The funniest part of the deus ex machina plants burning was the way fresh plants ignited like they had been doused with gasoline and the wood carts just exploded. Between that and how Ocean revealed the map to Coriana, I don't think the writers know how fire works.

I think when I go to bed tonight, I'll dream of the writers of this show all stepping on the hidden spring, getting blasted out the window, sailing head over heels across the water and getting blown to pieces on the exploding octopus. Thry could only hope to go out in such a noble fashion.

If they were going to recast kate then they should of done in the beginning of the season. Saifiya is clearly still jealous and she and her army seem less threatening then how they were build up in season 1. Plus the flowea being burned. Why was that not heavily guarded. Your most prize possessions getting destroyed that easily is crazy.

So Season 3 will be Batwoman Inc. where there are multiple Batwomen.

Having electrical handcuffs on an island that has no electricity is just dumb, almost as dumb as shark repellant spray. But Adam Wests Batman were supposed to be a comedy, so whats Batwomans excuse for the same stupidity, and often so, even dumber?

Ryan picking the flower may have been the smart choice but it wasn’t the heroic choice. A hero would’ve saved Kate. That’s what a hero would do. Batwahman is NOT a hero. What’s ironic is Alice actually makes the choice that’s more heroic. She lets the criminal die and saves the supposed hero. That’s more heroic than letting the supposed other hero die while the present hero takes a thing for themselves! 17:17 turns out Thorias is also NOT a hero. At least he doesn’t claim to be.

I found your channel by accident; it popped up in my suggestions when I was browsing Game of Throns final season reactions (a show I had given up on 2 episodes into season 2). I haven't watched the CW since Smallville finished it's run. Having said that, I've enjoyed your videos explaining, reaction and generally tearing apart this new generation of shows.
