Thank you so much for your help. I have on 9 May an US pelvis transvaginal to found out what is exactly. I am doing Kegel exercices but its not enough. Hope I will get better.Many thanks for your videos.

I usually recommend 30 sec to 1 min, think 5 slow deep breaths for these. Thanks for watching!
