Greg and Mere, the floor is way too low for me, and getting up is too hard. I did this on the bed. It was probably not as good a workout, but I did it. 😊

I really liked this set. Thank you Coach Greg! However, it was far too fast. Not the exercises but the way the video was recorded. I hardly have time to change position for the next exercise. Anyway, the DEAD BUG was my favourite, too. :)
