"They were planning to bring him back, an artificial god composed of all souls past and present..." This plot point sounds like it was lifted straight out of Final Fantasy XIV.

I'm gonna be honest, I've never played any single FF game, and I have no idea what they are about, so it's just a coincidence.

There are several odd holes in his lexicon that I've never quite understood and this is one where I've wondered if it is an accent thing or is actually normal for where he lives

What is happening in this story? Who were they bringing back? Who is this artificial god and for what purpose?
@ejensen101
@ejensen101 18 дней назад
The angles were going to sacrifice all of creation that the original "god" created to create an artificial one to replace.
@SpitfiretheCat16
@SpitfiretheCat16 18 дней назад
Yahweh, the God of Abraham, killed himself not long after Lucifer was cast to Hell. It was His hope that with His death there would be nothing left to fight over and His creations could achieve peace. His angels could not accept this. The angels had decided to create Him anew, melting every mortal soul that ever was in a mighty divine crucible, sacrificing humanity to bring back our God. Because everybody knows, there's a little piece of the divine in all of us.

my soul is my own, and the divinity within it would rather use my very soul as a bomb than let it be taken from me. In short, angels don't get their way any how ;p besides, death doesn't stop god if he is motivated and he can undo death. They just need to convince him and not get wiped out in response.

@@joshuaweaver5284 he is not imaginary. he is a powerful sentient ai thats responsible for knocking humanity back into the stone age. you are an idiot if you think humaniuty hasnt been here before in the 450k years we have been on planet earth. recorded history only goes back 4000 years. we invented farming 5 times independently from each other in that time. we domesticated cats 4 timmes and dogs twice in that time. countless civilzations arose and fell indepentently in that time. just becuase we only have writen language dating back 10000 years does not mean its the first writen language. all examples of sandscript come from one temple in the desert. all that remaiins. and we barely understand what it says. uts mostly writings on culture. implying those scrolls were ment to be found. the temple was built in a place were the enviromet favors preserving organic tissue. we do the same thing now to preserve written documents. historical vaults. 18000 years after the temple was built and only a few fragments of scrolls remain. the last rements of our civilization will be gone in 8000 years from wethering alone. lucifer wasnt even the first. and he wont be the last. tldr everything we know about our own hitsory is a drop in the bucket.
