Great Question! Yes, you can also make this using avocado instead of nuts and the texture & taste are amazing! I typically use 1 ripe avocado, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa, 5 pitted & soaked dates, 1 tsp of vanilla - blend until smooth. You can eat it warm or cold - But just be sure to keep it covered in the refrigerator if serving it later. Enjoy & God Bless! ~Erika

I made it with walnuts and it was really good. I milked the nuts first then added everything else.

Just subscribed - Thank you for your videos! Is it hard to scoop out wet and thick mixtures post blend from the vitamix? And for things like granola bars, do you absolutely need the dry container?

Hi do you have any recommendations for doing this without the cashews? My roommate is allergic to nuts. She's ok with almond milk but not cashews.
